a month agoOn Saturday, July 22, 2023 I took my family to the mall. We were having a little situation with my 14 y.o granddaughter who wanted to wear falsies. I knew exactly where to go! We stopped at the cosmetic counter and an amazing lady named Melinda helped her with her lashes. Melinda has very good customer service. I would rate her a 10 star if I could. I just wanted to say that we appreciate her kind and professional attitude. We will be visiting again and looking for her. Thank you Melinda!!!a month agoA little bit small store but plenty of items. It is like Rustan’s store in Ph.3 weeks agoIt’s really nice. Has three levels and everything is easy to find. Direct access from 1st and 2nd floor to get into the mall. I like the layout. They have beautiful Christmas trees and decor on the 3rd level during the holidays3 months agoGreat pricing as Macy’s always provides. Very helpful sales associates!a year agoI am not a big fan of clothing shopping but I have been going to Macy’s for over 20 years and can always find what I am looking for. The floors are super clean, place is organized very well and have never had an issue with customer service.

They always have a wonderful selection of clothing, accessories, swimwear, shoes, and jewelry, watches, and sunglasses from Sunglass Hut! Service is here is great and selection as well. Much cheaper than the pricier stores.a month agoThis location is very limited. They only have one floor and focus on apparel. However, there is a much larger location about a mile away in the Ala Moana Center. I go to this location when I need makeup or something to wear in a pinch.6 months agoJust visited earlier today to buy additional underwear for my holiday. One of their retail assistants was Jamie, where she was super helpful in identifying what I needed as well as offering the 10% discount for international visitors. Would definitely visiting if you need additional clothing for your holiday.

I have been shopping here for a very long time. Actually, ever since this location became Macy’s.
I principally shop for shoes, belts and clothes here. I also buy pots, pans, kitchen gadgets and kitchen electronics (such as Cuisinart products). The prices for all these things is quite competitive and with sales better than anywhere else, to my knowledge.
During the holidays I always come here to add to my collection of Christmas decorations.
With the closures of Sears and Penny’s, Macy’s has become the place to go for quality products at reasonable prices at Ala Moana Center.
I also come here to shop for presents for almost every occasion.
In the past I have purchased jewelry, colognes (of which they still have the largest selection in Honolulu), luggage, gift cards, stationary, etc. etc.
Following are some photos. I will share more as I continue to shop here.
They have special shoes for non-slip, now are in $50.00, and are super comfortable.
Macy’s is a high end Shop in Ala Moana Centre in Hawaii. My wife bought two tops there. Like your typical male, I had to traipse around with her. It wasn’t so bad though. Large shop with plenty of variety
One of the escalators was broken but there’s always the elevators as we had someone with us that can’t climb up stairs.
Ladies in the makeup section were too bush to acknowledge us as we walked by. The toys r us on the top floor was great for the kids but no one up there to assist if we had needed help.
What a great experience today there at Macy’s
This lovely lady Rena who works there was super friendly and helpful.
She was very warm and welcoming made our experience 10 times better.
