What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. We loved how this bakery made chicken. We always bought it here! But I don’t know what happened with the stuff or oven they overcooked meat last couple of months. Meat dry, overcooked, burnt and tasteless. They destroyed all proteins in it. Very disappointed.

  2. I have been coming here for years and a young man named keshon has always helped me and been very positive and kind, you can easily see he is a hard worker. I am extremely disappointed to find out that he has been banned from the store. I do not think this an appropriate way to handle your employees. For someone as kind as him to be banned makes me question the type of management at this location. Very concerning……

  3. I went to a Golf Tournament today and visited this location of Kroger twice and they had what I needed in stock every time. A helpful staff as well. In this economy, you guys are the true example. Keep up the great work!

  4. Went in for ice cream and saw some lance crackers on sale also. Both rang up higher price. 2 out of 3 items wrong price. This place is ripping people off.

  5. Was walking to self-checkout this morning 7/31/23, and the older guy (tan skin, 35-65s, 5’8″~) riding the floor cleaner intentionally hinders the path for no reason. I politely smile for the awkward encounter, and while I’m scanning the groceries, he gets off the vehicle and walks all the way to the scanner where I’m still checking out and mops at me. I literally only had 3 items, and yet he couldn’t wait. I move out of the way, but he continues moving closer and then mops on my white shoes. This was at 6:20am. There were infinite places he could have chosen to be as the store is practically empty at that time, and yet he wanted to ruin someone’s day for no reason.

Ki, the white lady with black frame glasses working in the money service areais not friendly and helpful at all!! She has been rude to me for at least 3 times in last 2 weeks. I asked her about the fuel points, price doesn’t match and I can’t find digital coupon in the Kroger app. I definitely know how to use Kroger app. They are all system glitches. But every time, she was not helpful at all and told me that’s my fault. I think either Kroger needs to train the employee more or she is not qualified to work in Kroger.

The specials signs are always a gimmick. If you want to lower the price, just lower the price. Why should customers download your app, scan your QR code, and do more steps to get the discount. And then the clerk asking you to walk all the way back to the products and take a picture of the discount sticker; told you he would give you the discount anyway; and then denied what he said after I completed scanning all the items. very bad customer service and unpleasant shopping experience.

Other than that, store is clean. Price is okay. I got what I wanted.

Great atmosphere in this supermarket, prices are a little higher than other places. The produce is fresh and perfectly ripe, and a large assortment and variety. Store is always clean and not crowded.

Just came back from visiting this Kroger. Worst Kroger experience! The self checkout line was 16 people long, and no one cared. Finally the manager George comes out (I thought to handle the long line, nope!) and goes directly to flirt with his girlfriend walking right by the long line not giving it a second thought. When I tried to make him aware of the situation, he brushed me off and went back to flirting with his girlfriend! Wont’ be back to this Kroger again!

Such an awful place. So dirty! Used the restroom. Sink is broken. Water on floor. And soo dirty. Parking lot has bigs holes in it. Carts not working. Outdated foods. Self checkout has nowhere to put things. Only self out. Or maybe I cashier with a long line.

Nikki needs to be FIRED! I went grocery shopping for some items my parents needed with my boyfriend, his nephew, and my brother. This lady followed us throughout the entire store while we were grocery shopping for our needs. My brother and my boyfriend’s young nephew were talking amongst themselves about how wrong that was of her. I decided to confront her about it and asked if there was a reason she was following us the entire time throughout the store and her replied was “because I can, because I work here.” I said that that was not a valid reason and she kept repeating herself like a child would by saying “because I work here.” After seeing that I was getting no where in the conversation I said “you need to be fired because your answer isn’t acceptable, you’re just targeting us.” I guess my boyfriend using the bathroom and us waiting for him outside was “suspicious” for her. I didn’t know I couldn’t wait for my boyfriend or that would make us a target. I ended up buying my items I had because they were for my parents or else I definitely wouldn’t have. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid but I will now be taking my business else where. If someone has a number I can call to report her to Kroger headquarters please let me know!

Price tags tend to be wrong many times. They also end up having quite a bit of expired products which they don’t return without a receipt. Overall, prices are good. With over $300 in purchases for my siblings and I over the past week, we’ve gotten about $22 worth of expired food. Not great by any metric, but closest grocery store to where we live, so we’re more cautious now.

On the flip side, they do have a Starbucks at the location, so great to sip and shop.

Front store manager didn’t want to help ring up a coupon. She wasn’t able to make the coupon go through. I told her the other cashier was able to do it and to call Him for help she wouldn’t. Female manager with red hair needs to go she is unwilling to help customers. Also it was only 3 coupons for formula. I waited for general manager and he never came to meet me.

I don’t know her name but I think she is vietnamese and she worked at self checkout today 5/10. She was very rude. The machine didn’t work well, but she said it was because of me in an irritating tone. She seemed annoyed while helping other customers as well, not ony me. I think she need to change her behavior to work in the service industry.

Wow – the lack of customer service is amazing. If you want to worry about checking all your prices then this is the place to shop. Back to Publix I go.
