4 months agoWe love this Kroger store because of the Pharmacy. They are the BEST because there care about their customers. We are on a fill up with our medicine so when it gets low, they fill it up. Plus, when the medicine is filled, they text their customers for pick up. Too bad there is no fee for delivering the medicine to the customers home or mail it to customers’ home. I know that is Kroger’s headquarters rules, but they should change that rule. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK KROGERS BECAUSE YOU ARE NUMBER ONE TO US.4 months agoTried this Kroger again, will NEVER be back Having to self scan/check out $230 worth of groceries is ridiculous….at 7 pm! The self scan machines also have so many hang ups and delays it makes for an already inconvenient and irritating process even worse. No staff. Crabby staff helping at self scan. Horrible way to run a grocery store. It’s ashame staffing is such an issue places but coming up with some system to help those with a cart full of groceries would be nice!4 months agoI’m an avid shopper of this store and it’s gone from bad to worse. Produce is absolutely appalling, customer service zero and limited supplies. Shame on Kroger for selling last year’s Michigan apples in April on sale for .99 one week and 1.99 the next. We live in Michigan!!! Perhaps you always screwed us7 months agoWorst’s Kroger in the area. When in again deli closed @ 3:30 told me to buy pre cut. Store smells. . Left my cart walked out went to 26 mile (out of my ) to a clean and well run store. I will never walk in this store again.a month agoThe deli has the worst hours I’ve seen it’s closed more than it’s open and they don’t have fresh chicken Harley

Kroger, your Starbucks employees here are truly magic. I come to your location instead of going to any Starbucks because of how amazing your staff is. Big shout out to Amber, she always kills it here!
The deli staff ignorant and rude all over 60 years of age and should know better than to just ignore people but that’s exactly what they did. Not one word not a hello i will be with you shortly, absolutely nothing!!!! what a disgrace, they should be ashamed of themselves. Stood there with another customer for over seven minutes with no acknowledgment.
It’s a fairly new only under 5 years old so it’s still in good shape looks good inside the rose of items a little small it’s crowded if yuu put two of those motorized little carts they’re almost running into each other when pass each other this is the only problem I have with
The pickup location at 26 and Van Dyke has been terrible. I specifically asked if they didn’t have anything in my order and he said only one thing. I got home and two other things were out of stock and not in my order. Now I have to go back out to the store late in the evening so my kids have lunches for school. It would have been easier to know this while I was already at the store. This is twice now. I’ll try another Kroger going forward.
Shelves were bare in most departments this past Sunday before noon as if the whole place called off.
Black female self check-out clerk at opening 1* (it’s usually the employees themselves doing the stealing at these retail establishments, trust me I know this). White female produce clerk at same time 5*. It’s a wash. I see the female deli counter clerk has been corrected. She’s turned around 110% and no longer giving you that googly eye look of “What are you here for anyway!’ like most fast food restaurant counters.
