  1. Great khols to go to. It has everything well organized and is clean and well stocked. You can drop off Amazon returns here, it’s towards the back of the place, there are signs for you to follow. Wish they had more than one person doing Amazon returns in a store this size though.

  2. Purchased a wireless charger there prior to the new year. 2 days ago it melted on my desk at work. Went to return it and asking for an exchange and was informed they don’t accept electronic returns after 30 days. It appears to me they don’t stand behind their merchandise and I for one will never buy electronics here again.

    I must be a glutton for punishment. The picture attached shows a line about 50 yards long. Not including the 20 yards in front of me. Only 2 cashier’s working. 4 people at returns with no line at all. Insane!

  3. I like how easy it is to order online and then just go pick up in the store. It would be even better if the pickup was near the front of the store instead of being in the back corner of the store. Nice to not have to shop in person and complete pickup thru the phone without having to talk to anyone

  4. This store needs a new manager? Always a mess?, I’m in a wheelchair and hard to get through most aisles by myself, with items, in the aisles? Not a very good selection of women’s clothes or pajamas shelves always messed up and hard to find my size with everything a mess? Clean this store up! Get it straightened up! Or I’ll straight shopping some where else

  5. If your thinking of applying don’t. I set up a interview for a wednesday and they called to interview me on a Tuesday.
    I gave my availability on my application and clearly she (AGM) didnt go over it because when I told her over the phone it was “we no longer need to go further with the interview” and hung up.
    Very rude, when I spoke about my experience with another company-as support team and how flexible I am, willing to work in many departments i was met with “but what do you do?” I felt like I had to keep repeating myself and she didnt take the time to go over my application or take the time to listen to me over the phone.
    Don’t waste your time if this post doesn’t scare you their reviews of the store should.

    Great shopping experience here today. The returns to Amazon are quick and easy at this location and the station to do is is near the front right entrance. They should mark on the doors which one is the better one to go to for returning to Amazon. The checkout process is quick and simple, it’s single file and they call you to the register when it’s your turn to checkout.

    We were greeted upon arrival and the staff was very polite and courteous. They had great deals and the store was clean and neatly stocked. We found exactly what we were looking for. The shirt was very reasonably priced and the socks were too. We will be back. Also the restrooms were clean and the checkout process was quick and easy.

    This is a fantastic Amazon exchange center. Employees are very friendly and took care of me quickly. The bathroom is a really nice. I looked around for some clothes but only ended up buying some socks. The socks are great.

    Ordered online and they had my stuff entirely too fast. I didn’t even have a chance to get dressed before it was done. Sweet for Christmas eve.

    It’s Kohl’s. The only disappointment was that they do not have a large section of dress clothing. Had to go to 3 different places to put a suite together. A customer noticed the same thing about the stores. Basically all stores in Colorado. After talking to an employee, he stated that it was because of Co-vic that they haven’t been able to stock a lot more dress clothing, unlike casual.
