This location is by far has the worst bad attitude , lazy representatives from the MANAGEMENT down. They are terrible! You can feel the vibe when you walk in the door. The representatives are doing anything but plan on their own phones, unwilling to help the customers except for cells and activation fees. Don’t even ask for any other kind of help or come back for it because you’ll be very very disappointed. I shouldn’t say helping because she did nothing for me! I have a business account with over 50 phones on it and needed a quick upgrade on one. I have had the same customer account since 1985!! I went to pick up an online order. I had several questions to which the manager there (Mona I think her name was) gave one word answers and was very stuck up and acted very smart during our interaction. I was so upset that I came back a few minutes later and completely cancelled my order. Verizon, you just lost a new customer with a family of lines to add. Absolutely a terrible experience. - Reviews:Had a great experience switching over to Verizon at this location. Came in to transfer over 5 lines and get three new trade in’s. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and made the switch super easy. Even helped set us up at the vista location to get hard to find 4g SIM cards. Switched the whole family in under an hour and saved us a lot from our previous t mobile plan. Dylan is the man and I’m super glad we came to this location. One person is working and doesn’t take 3 seconds to address people coming in or warning them of what’s going on. After waiting 15 minutes without even a glance, I had to ask about my appointment. I was told, “Sorry, I can’t accommodate appointments today.” Fantastic. For a communication store to not communicate this information ahead of time is mind boggling.By Erin Castle (a month ago)Johnny was great and informative at our first visit (we came in close to closing time), We were a bit of a problem case, having ordered a phone online and canceled that order and now trying to get the new phone of our choice set up in store. The next day Athena was awesome, very calm and able to help us out getting set up with a new phone as my old one was dying before our eyes. Superb customer support. Kevin helped me configure my blue tooth from my cell phone to my car. He actually came outside and helped us out. Nothing was working and he instantly knew everything about not only cell phones but a Honda control panel. Perfect support. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Verizon Business Account Review: Once you purchase a business account no one can help you. The reps in the store refer you to call customer service and customer service tells you to go into the store. The individual that set up my business account offered me promotions (free apple watch) and deals and even sent the monthly total that I would be expecting (via text because I did not trust them) and surprise, I am being charged 300 for a watch that is sold at target for 175 that I did not want nor need, I am unable to reach the business sales person that established my account and no one at the location is returning the call and message left by customer service. Do not get a business account through Verizon! My bill is double what was projected and this is after the trade in credit and “promotions” such a scam. The sales people in the store (when I purchased my business account) were kind and helpful, but did what they could in regards to the business account. The stars are for them. The rest of the process is a scam.
