  1. If you need anything from beauty department, it’s better to go elsewhere. I’ve had encounters with the young black lady and middle age Hispanic lady on different occasions and both are not helpful at all. I asked Hispanic lady for help and she continued to help other people who came after me. The young black lady seems as if she dislikes her job and which is fine but you should still be helpful to people if they are being respectful to you.

  2. Manager was rude as hell. He stereotyped me before even hearing the situation. My son fell in the bathroom because there was urine everywhere. He said we don’t give gift cards or anything for that. Not I’m sorry our bathrooms were dirty. Very unprofessional and rude. I will drive 25 extra minutes to go to the other one. One star is because that’s the lowest I could give.

  3. It is one of the best places.
    Most of the time, they offer fresh fruits and vegetables.
    One time, I bought a case of strawberry, it was bad. I returned it and they were fine with it.
    The customer service is very good. The place is safe.

  4. Nice place to get basically anything you may need at home.
    Clothe shelves are stocked with various summer and non summer items.
    Food, beverages, are all inclusive.
    Varying prices, but not too tight necked – lols
    Most customer service is at the till.
    Generally a place to drive and get most stuffs, for all family 👪
    But – it would have gotten 4 stars if the entrance and surroundings are a bit tidy, shopping carts are not blocking entrance, floors filled with dirty litters and grease stains. 🤔

  5. I came at 9:30pm looking for a TV and other stuff. The store suppose to close at 11:00pm but the electronic department, cosmetic displays (everything under key) everything was close and no one was able to help or bring any kind of customer service. I talk to Carlos the “Manager” on shift and he said the store closes at 10pm and he can’t assist me with anything on those departments. Very helpful!

    I bought 2 pounds of strawberries through Walmart delivery. They are molded old and rotten. I also ordered some blueberries, ate one and realized they were molded and rotten too! I pray to God I don’t get sick because then the dynamic of this situation will change greatly. I called Human Resources and she said that department will give me a call back but now. I’m just going to call corporate. I’m livid!

    The one star is tor the low prices. Unfortunately, though, they have lost any sense of urgency for their customers. This afternoon I waited almost 2 hours for groceries from an online order. Received a notification that they were ready, and checked in and called when I arrived. Called 3 more times. When I finally decided to cancel the order, I informed a girl that was coming out with someone else’s order. She shrugged her shoulders and walked past me.

    First time visiting this Walmart, Saturday 11/5/2022 around 5:30 pm. It was an okay store. Just went in to grab a few stuff. Parking lot had shopping carts all over the place but the cart return areas. Shocking. Walked by the cart return area and it was empty but carts were scattered all over the parking lot at random places lol. What a joke. We have become a society of lazy ignorant people. C’mon people aka Walmart customers in Irving! Quit being lazy. We could all use the exercise and stop turning this country into a third world dump. Plus, what’s with all the black birds swarming around the parking lot??
