3 months agoIncredible prices compared to Shaws and other markets. The store is clean and helpful staff.Be advised, don’t leave your cart unattended. It might get taken and all your groceries put back, oh and bring your shopping bags with you because they don’t have any (only to sell) and a quarter to get your shopping cart but you get it back when you return the cart.
2 months agoHas most everything at very affordable prices. You have to bag your own groceries but it’s worth it for large, white eggs at a $1.80 😁4 years agoAmazing place! We discovered this place 2 weeks ago and have been there like 6 times since. It’s cheap, fresh and has some things you’ve been looking for but never found. You can find some name brands or German brands for amazing prices. Don’t be fooled by how cheap it is, the produce is definitely good and the fish is so fresh and delicious. The service is amazing and the people there are so nice and helpful.a month agoNo available carriages, although there were damn few people in store. Prices higher than online stated. Manager would not correct. a week agoNatick is CLEAN !! Organized. And the staff is polite and groomed.Unlike the Milford Aldi’s… which is usually dirty, boxes tossed on the floor, in front of exit doors, with what seems a sour and unpleasant staff that usually looks like they rolled out of bed.
Amazing. Two store. Totally different.
Five stars for Natick !!! Took these pictures today – wired for people to move… but IT IS CLEAN !!! No clutter. They actually sweep the floors and organize and smile. It’s all about the manager – again Natick FIVE stars.
Again shopped at the Natick location- CLEAN, polite, friendly, organized, well staffed – even when it’s busy it’s a pleasant experience.
4 weeks agoI just had the worst experience at the Aldi store location in Natick. One of the employees started berating me during checkout because she didn’t think I was placing my groceries on the belt quickly enough so that I may negatively effect her “checkout speed”. When I began explaining that I was going as fast as I possibly could, she was so rude that she actually got up in the middle of the order and started yelling to her other employees that she was unable to complete my checkout. I was so embarrassed as their were many people in the store. I recently injured my shoulder requiring surgery to fix it therefore I am unable to use one of my arms at 100%. This woman should be nowhere near a job that requires even the tiniest amount of patience or customer service.a month agoThe organic fruits and vegetables here are fresh, delicious and very reasonably priced. Go early because they sometimes sell out. I give only 4 stars because the variety is not extensive. Aldi is my go-to place for organic blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, avocados, zucchini, cherry tomatoes.2 months agoThis places feels depressing. Quality of produce and meat is noticeably lower than Stop and Shop let alone Wegmans. Lots of common items aren’t available here (e.g. shallot). If you want a potato, the minimum quantity you can buy is a 5lb bag. Checkout line is almost always long and easily takes 10 minutes before you get to check out.3 months agoI’ve never been to any other store aldi store, but this place desperately needs like a self-checkout or have an employee that can actually help. The workers try their best but doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Whether it’s when they open middle of the day or they closed there’s always six people in line with carts full to the brim. So if you live nearby and you’re just trying to grab an item or two you’re going to waste more time standing in line then going to the store picking out stuff and purchasing it and then heading home.

I shop the Medford store on occasion. There is plenty of parking. During busy times, you can expect very long checkout lines as there are no more than two cashiers at any time, and usually only one. The fruit and veggies are not too fresh. The prices are good. Don’t expect the usual name brands you see in other markets. The shelves are usually unorganized and not restocked on a regular basis. Bring your own bags and a quarter to get a shopping carraige.
I love shopping at Aldi’s! The fruit and some meat prices are great! I try to shop every other week as I do shop at S&S in Medford for some of their sales also! I wish we here at 1 Capen Ct. could get a ride from Joseph’s Bus service once a week as they do pick us up at 1Capen Ct. in Somerville on Thursday afternoons to go shopping at S&as in Medford.
While shopping for Instacart, an employee yells down the aisle that the store is closing in one minute… seconds after, the employee replies to their walkie alerting someone else that there are tons of people in the store on that side! At that point, a male comes directly to me and tells me that I need to checkout and leave. I start to explain that I am doing Instacart and that maybe they need to correlate with the app better! I come here often, and I’m quick and polite! Learn how to service your customers better. The “I don’t care” attitude will create a long lasting nasty experience for someone! A story that will go untold as many times as it becomes relevant! TREAT people better! As I sit here and fill this out, I’m thinking that the extra 15 minutes in which THEY ARE STILL OPEN, I could have been one of the last customers locked in the store paying for my Instacart customers items! Retail has changed! The spaces I’ve managed in the past would have NEVER allowed customers to be treated this way! No matter how long of a day we had, where we had to rush too afterwards, etc…. SERVICE IS YOUR JOB! Treat people better! I’m trying to get home to my family too!
I recently had the opportunity to shop at this supermarket, and my experience was a real rollercoaster ride. On the positive side, the supermarket boasts an impressive selection of products at affordable prices. The wide range of choices, particularly in the grocery department, was a major draw for me.
However, the shopping experience took a nosedive due to the behavior of the staff. To put it bluntly, the employees here are the opposite of helpful. In fact, they are rude, impolite, and shockingly ignorant. It’s disheartening when you encounter workers who seem genuinely disinterested in assisting customers or answering simple questions.
Pretty good supermarket. Low prices and pretty big variety. Will come again
