4 months agothe Macy’s store in downtown Brooklyn and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the jewelry staff. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home and added to the overall pleasant shopping experience.Not only was the jewelry staff top-notch, but the store’s cleanliness was spotless. I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized everything was. Additionally, the calming scent that permeated the air added to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
The quality of service provided by the jewelry staff truly stood out to me. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided valuable insights and recommendations that helped me make an informed decision. They were patient, understanding, and truly went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase
4 months agoThe store was incredibly tidy and roomy. We found a wide variety of choices, but there was just one dressing room available on the third floor where we were shopping. We spent approximately 20 minutes waiting for the fitting room and another 20 minutes at the checkout counter. There was only one cashier on duty, and we were the next customers in line. The waiting time seemed somewhat excessive. Nonetheless, it’s a pleasant shopping destination overall.4 months agoMacy’s, I feel, is my husband FAVORITE store beside the foot locker stores. So he says, “Let’s go to Macy’s. I just want to check something out as we get in. He pulls out his phone, goes to the clerk, and asks, Where do you have this particular jacket. So now there is another jacket in the house. Other than that, Macy’s store have friendly and willing to help you workers it’s clean and when we were in the men section nothing was on the floor everything was neatly hung up or folded on the shelves.5 months agoBeautiful lighting! Built-in Starbucks. I like to grab a coffee before I shop.They have a make-up area where you will feel like a complete movie-star! 😍

a month agoI love this Macy’s it’s definitely great inside of here The layout of the whole department store is really nice they’ve done a great job with this location I definitely suggest checking this place out they have a lot of deals and a whole bunch of selections when it comes to all sorts of things clothing sneakers jewelry You name it they have it check them out.4 months agoCame in just to look left with a new bag. I love my Macy’s card between the Saturday sale and my star rewards I received I got a great deal.a month agoIt’s possible to give them a zero star every time I go to this place all the employees they take a sweet time to help you a little things but today one of managers her name was Linda she was being very rude with me for no reason and because my English is not very good she said to me go back to where you come from you don’t have to be here and other bad words I’m not putting everything here so my response was just I’m sorry if this happened to somebody else for sure this Macy’s been sue for harassing people for no reason and they don’t doing the job how they supposed to do it so I don’t want to checkup how they work but to have some respect for people we are all the same 🤞5 months agoGreat help. Always the associates from the perfume department are great. I didn’t know what to get for my girl and they assisted me right away. Great prizes and promos and you know they are the real thing.3 months agoTheir customer service is horrible. I went to the second floor cashier to exchange kids dress that I bought online, the guy at the register told me he can’t do it I have to go to the 3rd floor. When I went to 3rd floor to checkout there was no one and another person working there told me to go back to second floor. I waited in the line for 20min and the register had 2 persons. One guy was new didn’t know how to do exchange. When he asked for help to the next register person, the lady named Jewell told him she also doesn’t know. So the new person went to get a manager where I waited 10 more min and in the mean time the Jewell lady took the customers who were behind me and she was exchanging stuff for other customers. Ian never coming back to this Macys. Horrible place. I had to leave without buying or exchanging my stuff.

It’s definitely more of a tourist place to me than a store to me. It was cool to see their flower display for spring collection. We actually went there because in the back of the store is an original wooden FUNCTIONING escalator. It’s cool to know that many decades ago people were riding this same escalator. It’s a beautiful store but I could only imagine the prices with it being a tourist site. Cool to see them go out compared to the local Macy’s back home.
Very nice departmental store. Almost all top luxury brands here. Cloths, shoes, bags, perfumes & makeup etc. Better have Macy’s membership card to enjoy extra 25%.
This is the most amazing Macy’s store! It’s 9 floors of shopping pleasure with tons of friendly/helpful staff! They have a ton of elevators and escalators to keep everyone moving. I especially like the old wooden escalators! Most floors have a dining option as well. Billed as the “Largest Store in the World” and I believe it! Definitely a stop worth making.

We called into Macy’s to see the 100 year old wooden escalator. Typical department store selling good quality, high end goods. As we had never been to the store before we stopped and looked at the map explaining where the different departments were. This was placed more or less straight in the doorway and , as we approached, it had customers looking at the map. We joined them and were in the middle of working out the floor we wanted to visit, but we were told by the shop greeter to move on out of the way from the entrance. ( annoyingly others weren’t told this). Not a great first experience. Maybe the map shouldn’t be placed in a place that can clutter up the entrance.
