4 months agoI thought that was the price and I wasted time trying on the shoe, when I went to pay they said it wasn’t that price because the label was wrong! It takes a long time to be attended to in this place and I didn’t buy the shoe due to management errors! This store is a lot better than Stoneridge mall Macy’s in terms of collection and how they placed things.a week agoClosets are a complete disaster, smells like pee, glitter everywhere, takes too long to checkout & to make returns. If you need help they take forget to get back to you and leave you helpless. No management and no customer services.2 months agoGot good service here recently buying suits, shirt and tie. But the shoes guys we’re missing in action and NO ONE ELSE WANTED TO HELP US. Not cool. Except the European lady who matched my shirts with a great tie. She was a delight.2 months agoSpent some time searching through the clearance and found a good deal on one item. I wait in the only line I find and it takes quite a while and when they scan the item it’s marked incorrectly and they take another few minutes to leave the register and go ask a manager who doesn’t honor the price on the tag and then they ask me if I want to buy the item which is now near almost full price. Poor customer service and poor pricing on items.

3 weeks agoThi is the most positive, energetic and polite sales person I have ever interacted with at Macy’s. I came to get a red lip liner and ended up with perfume as well. Her energy is so happy, she is all smiles. Thank you for a great shopping experience Thi.3 months agoI recently visited Macy’s men’s section and was deeply disappointed by the disorganized state of affairs. Clothes were strewn everywhere, making it a tiresome task to find what I needed. The lack of organization severely hinders the shopping experience, making it quite frustrating.Moreover, the fitting rooms were not open. This was a significant inconvenience as it made it impossible to try on the clothes before buying, which is a basic expectation in any clothing store. This, combined with the disorderly state of the men’s section, raises doubts about the store’s interest in serving male customers.
It was disheartening to see such a well-known retail giant like Macy’s, which prides itself on high-quality service, fall short in this way. It appears as though the men’s section is being overlooked, which sends a disheartening message to male customers who wish to shop there.
I hope Macy’s takes note of these issues and promptly works on improving their men’s section to provide a better and more organized shopping experience. Until then, I find it difficult to recommend shopping in the men’s section at Macy’s.
3 months agoMy recent experience at Macy’s in Newpark Mall left much to be desired. I found the overall shopping experience to be subpar and fell short of my expectations.First and foremost, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, providing minimal assistance when needed. It was difficult to find someone knowledgeable or willing to go the extra mile to assist customers.
The store itself appeared disorganized and messy. The racks were often cluttered, making it challenging to navigate and find specific items. The overall presentation and tidiness of the store left much to be desired.
Additionally, the selection of merchandise was disappointing. The choices felt limited and uninspiring, lacking the variety and quality that one would expect from a major retail chain like Macy’s. It seemed as though the store was not keeping up with the latest trends or offering a wide range of options to cater to diverse customer preferences.
Furthermore, the checkout process was frustratingly slow. The lines were long, and there weren’t enough staff members available to efficiently process transactions. It resulted in a time-consuming and tedious experience, dampening the overall shopping trip.
In summary, my experience at Macy’s in Newpark Mall was subpar. The lackluster customer service, disorganized store layout, limited merchandise selection, and slow checkout process all contributed to a disappointing shopping experience. I would recommend exploring other retail options in the area for a more satisfying shopping outing.
3 months agoAlthough, the store has enough space, it is poorly stocked. Not to forget, extremely disinterested staff – and likely understaffed as well as I had to get someone from the checkout counter to help me check for a shoe size after I could not find any of the staff on the floor.2 weeks agoI worked at macy ; but i have to say that my experience was ever worst there. There is lots of discrimination. Most of the days I worked there with tears in my eyes always. They traeted me so unlikely. Even i worked with lots of honesty and all courage whatever I could do. Customers appreciated me a lot ; but I got so much disappointment and frustration from macy .

This is a very nice Macy’s Department Store. I love the aesthetics and Holiday Decor 🎄I was amazed at the fact that they have Toys R Us, Cheesecake Factory, and a wine bar on site. It was a bit difficult to find assistance on the floor, but I got lucky enough to find a short checkout line. There are a lot of people doing their holiday shopping. The cashier was very polite. 👍👍
Located next to Union Square, with several levels of shopping. I went to Cheese Cake Factory here for lunch , which was located on the 7th floor with direct elevator up to it. Here you will find most of the famous american brands – all under the same roof.
They have every great outfit for everyone. Love how spaced out the place is; giving every person room to look around and find what they need.
Also love the food places inside – such as Starbucks because shopping can sometimes be a tiring exercise that requires one to rest a bit, for a snack.
The staff is amazing and always eager to help with a smile.
Wow, what huge department store, all the major brands are sold here. It’s great to be able to try on shoes and clothes in person to see how they fit and looks on me. Much better than shopping online.
Also we should shop more in person to support actual store or one day they’ll be gone and all we have left is Amazon. How terrible is that.
Superb wine bar with views that relax and service that is relaxed and makes you feel at home ; best part of this store is where they sell bed sheets where the service is informative; But the basement where they have kitchen products is more cluttered warehouse with limited service; I also like the Boudin cafe in the basement which has good food and service.
