What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. 30 minutes waiting for a pizza is too long for those of us who happen to shop there as well.
I had to return all my frozen food and meat since it was already lukewarm and soggy by the time the pizza was ready.
The Manager said they would need to be thrown out. That’s 100+ bucks of food in a world where we have still people starving.
You guys already know when peak time happen: please, coordinate your staff accordingly and make sure you cater for those times.
    Do better.

  2. I am pleased with how easily Yamila handled switching over my account after my husband (primary account holder) passed away. She also takes a good photo!!
    Inventory selection is always good.

  3. Usual Costco Wholesale, but unusually neat clothing section. Second time I have been here in 6 months and the pants and shirts are immaculate. What I really like about Costco is their checkout area. Whereas other stores have long lines due to the fact that they have 10 cash registers but only 2 cashiers, Costco has every register running, with a terrific self-checkout option as well. So I never mind the wait, as I know they are doing everything they can to move things along. They don’t skimp at their customers’ expense. I appreciate that.

  4. As usual the best store to visit. And they were so helpful. Trying to find the items i wanted.
And since the guy I asked didn’t know English, he found somebody who did .
This guy was so helpful that finally I had to walk away so he could get back to his job,!!
The people in San Juan are really nice!!

  5. This is the worst Costco … they don’t keep food cold … there is no LID or TOP on the refrigerators. It’s WARM. The last time I bought milk here it was completely sour. Always a line, so crowded, parking is horrendous. Open another Costco already. It must be the busiest costco in the world. I’m just going to go to Sams club. At least they keep food cold and have an app I can check out. Also there is no AC in the Costco. It’s a cesspool for Covid and colds and who knows what else.
