What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Panera on Mowry is still a great place. It does get busy especially during lunch. It’s hit or miss in getting a table due to everyone with their laptops that couldn’t find a table at Starbucks.

Food is always good and consistent with all the other Panera locations. Sandwiches, the soup, baked goodies, all still the same.

Although I have ordered using the self service kiosk in the past without a glitch, I decided to order with a real human this time and she was friendlier and faster!

  2. Ordered a rapid pickup consisting of a sandwich and a bowl of cream of wild rice and chicken soup.

Was studiously ignored by the staff at the pickup counter. Did eventually get attention and was handed my sealed order bag. Got home. Discovered the picture.

I don’t know what that is, but that’s pasta not rice. There’s no chicken in it and that soup is supposed to be thick. That’s like tap water!

No response on the panera help pages. You just lost a customer.

  3. Especially this panera bread, I come because I like coffee but I think I plan to make it at home because every time I come there they always are empty and the employees seem very angry and they forget that every time we visit that place we pay and look what I for 10.89 the small coffee and look at the SDW you don’t even want to eat it because they don’t give what you ask for look at the photos I don’t recommend going to that place

  4. This was my first time experience at Panera Bread. I visited this restaurant to have brunch with my parents, and we liked their food. They had a good variety of both veg and non veg items to choose from random salads, soups, pizzas, coffee and desserts. They have a self service ordering system where we choose our meals – I had a chicken Caesar salad (full) and my parents had a half tomato soup (which had a thick consistency) and a veg sandwich. It was a good experience overall, I would like to visit here again to try more dishes from their menu.

  5. Today lunch time , just now, I bought my 11-year-old son a lunch meal that come with a tub of yoga. At the end, I found the yoga has expired. This absolutely should not happen. I talked to the store manager about it. I am still monitoring if my son will get sick.
