I don’t know if it’s customers who like to trash the place or employees not caring or understaffed but this is just a mess. Not like a mad rush of people but just hours worth of garbage piled up and every table was a mess. Food wise it was normal but this location is always messier vs other locations.
This is the only location that has the worst service ever. I stood in line for 30 minutes and only one person in the front making food. One lady at the register not helping at all. It possibly couldn’t be any slower. I wonder why the manager is not pushed to have folks in the front. I see employees randomly chatting in the back and not coming upfront. Unbelivably horrible. Towards the end of over 30 min anf finally as my turn approaches, a random lady walks to the register cuts infront of everyone and grabs food while I’m being rung up. Apparently that person was some employee’s relative. As i request for the manager to stop this harrassment of customers but apparently the chatty and lazy staff got offended. What a shameful show of basic service. The entire time line was more than 15 people at a given time and the staff didn’t seem to give two hoots. Do see attached photos and comment so this locations shameful managements takes action.
I am seeing this as a trend at this location: there is always a wait time while picking up online orders. They seem to have only one person working on all the online orders. During my last visit, I would have been better off building my meals there and then in-person instead of waiting in the line. It was way faster. On top of it they are not courteous either. I may not consider them the next time for either my online or in-person order.
Everything about the Mowry Avenue Chipotle place has gone downhill. My family and I went in person to order and their customer service is outrages. They don’t know how to treat customers. If you do go please be aware of the staff there. First, there’s this girl who had a lot of attitude. I asked for more portions, and she said “I’m making her go back all the way back to add more”. Second, she had problems portioning everything especially with the hot sauce, she put way too much. Lastly, I went to the bathroom and there was piss on the ground which they couldn’t even clean.
It’s not the first they ran out of vegetables. Everytime i come here i have to change my mind to get something else.
