We were close by at a park, and my kids and nephews went to get water balloons at the FD on state and about 2800 S. As soon as they walked in the cashier was hostile and told them to leave yelling at them. She flipped off a little boy that was about 10. My sister and I went back in, and basically they profiled my kids as soon as they walked in. She told my daughter to shut up and get out of the store. If they didn’t want that many kids in the store they could’ve asked them to wait outside and just let a couple of them in. We are at this store literally every other day. The manager let his clerk racially profile my kids. I will never shop here again. I don’t know her name, heavier about 30 with blonde hair. Really rude and defensive as soon as we walked in. I just didn’t see the issue with buying water balloons.
Store smells of mold and mildew when you walk in hygiene not really high on company requirements cashier looks too be about 150 years old with the worst attitude you could expect from a company representative. Corporate needs to do an undercover boss type thing to see the issues for themselves. Unmopped floors milk and other food items constantly left out of refrigerator units employees don’t care why should they do what they’re being payed to do. Store hours don’t mean anything they close early 75% of the time. Why is this store still open it doesn’t really serve the community it used to be a good store until the present manager took over not to mention the major rat infestation. Just close it down and put in a business that is actually here to serve the neighborhood and surrounding communities
That is the most disrespectful, pathetic worthless lady I’ve ever encountered my entire life. She called herself a grown folk, and she doesn’t even have the patience to take the time to help her customers out properly she gets annoyed, upset and irritated and rushes the Customer and cusses at them. That is the worst store to ever do your shopping at she’s a tall, big, birded lady. Over $.30 lady because you’re card scanner picked up the wrong debit card You need to learn to have patience, or go, sit yourself down in a corner and take a time out
We were in the store with my five-year-old grandson, we are very obviously not transient. And they would not let him use their restroom, sighting that the board of health does not allow anyone to use the public restroom anymore

The store was clean, organized and the shopping experience good. There was a gentleman check us out that was fantastic, kind, helpful and smart but on the other side I was with someone who inquired of something at the front desk. The question was in regards do they take part d insurance benefits to pay for items in which she had been told yes. The female working the desk told her to try to make a purchase. She grabbed herself a soda and rung it up. She handed the cashier her card and the cashier really snottishly said swipe it then. Well this card was different, there is no magnetic strip but just a bar code that may be read by a reader. There was some confusion back and fourth and the lady I was with said again for the second or third time that she was told that they take insurance benefits cards. The lady cashier at on epoint after I said no they don’t said something like, “ya we sont I guess, IDK, mumbling mumbling then I do know there are customers behind you that I need to take care of though now first.” That was completely inappropriate but the way as in mannerism and the body language and amd tone were very disrespectful, condescending and it was straight up gas lighting. If I was the manager I would have had her job if I seen and heard it from one of my employees and I am a very empathetic compassionate forgiving individual for the most part but the dis respect I can’t let slid if I was in charge. I am and was embarrassed for her and as I relive it now I get furious! Despite the good that down point takes it down ro 1.
