  3. Oct. 14. 2023. I walk in and immediately greeted by great staff. I make my way to the Nike section, pick up a few things, a staff member greets me while I am shopping asks if I am finding everything okay. The lady at the cashier is fast, friendly & professional; she totals everything and find that all the items are on sale!! Yes!
After my crumby experience minutes prior at the Nike store, thank you Sport Chek for making my b-day shopping experience wonderful!
    Great prices and great staff!!!

  4. Came in the evening on 11/09/2023 to pick up my online order. I waited 20 minutes in the check out line just to be told that I had to go to the service center to be helped. First of all, the store should clarify where to pick up online orders because the front check out area was labeled with “Online Order Pick Up” stickers…one would assume that’s where they would go. I then walk over to the service center where there is nobody around that can help me. 10 minutes roll by and I am joined by others who are there to also pick up their online pick ups. We all wait for another 12 minutes before someone comes to help. However, instead of asking who was in line first, he went ahead and helped the people who came after me. I was not even acknowledged and had to speak up. After all this, the employee realized he did not even have his key for the order pick up locker…another 10 minutes of waiting for his manager to come with the key.
The employee then passes me onto somebody else who had no idea what was going on and just left. I had to explain everything to a 4th person within the 45 minutes I had been in the store. He gets my order and then tells me I have to wait for my other items, in which I told him that I was only here for the one item and I had no idea what he was talking about. This entire visit to the store was absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason why it should have taken close to 50 minutes for me to grab a single online order. I could have walked in and grabbed it myself in 5 minutes if it wasn’t for the sole reason of me wanting to reserve the item. Please retrain your staff to be all on the same page or ditch the online order pick up entirely if it is too challenging for your store.

  5. I got excellent service when i went to buy snow boots! As a transgender man it was a treat to be treated with respect by the very helpful staff. They went above and beyond to aid in my purchase and i really appreciate it
