What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. So this T-Mobile store is really great! It was my first time actually coming inside the store and me not even being a T-Mobile customer, they were still kind enough to let me charge my phone for 15 minutes even though I’m not a T-Mobile customer. I wanted to leave this review and that all you guys know…….. They were very friendly from the moment I walked in store. They let me use some of their cords to charge my devices I didn’t have charging cords and boxes with. I recommend you stop by his T-Mobile store and at least see what’s going on! Who knows?! Maybe they have some great deals or promotions going on.

P.S. As a to caveat don’t expect anything for free without offering something in return.

P.S.S. it would have been a five-star review how they just let me charge my phone as long as I need to charge. They still get a 4-star review out of me

  2. Made the switch from Android to iPhone today with no background whatsoever using Apple products. Peter was very patient with me and helped me get the best deal for my iPhone 15 and all the accessories, too, of course! 10/10 ask for Peter if you come here!

  3. Ask for Peter Ung when you go in this store. Hooked me up with the pixel 8 pro and even got a $500 credit for an old iPhone that we thought wasn’t worth anything. He is the only one at this store that will go above and beyond to help a customer get what they came for, others will simply tell you no, you don’t qualify, without even pulling up your account.

  4. I came here over the course of 2 days and had a rollercoaster of an experience. The first day I engaged with Dean and told him about my situation wanting to upgrade but also wanting to leverage a trade-in credit however my phone screen was cracked ergo not eligible. Fortunately he helped me with my insurance claim and I was able to receive a replacement the very next day.

So I came back but dealt with an Allen who just was overall a poor experience. He was clearly new evidenced by his lack of knowledge but just unpleasant to work with and was really slow at problem solving. As an 11 year plus customer I felt unvalued and was wasting my life waiting for him to eventually hand the reins back to someone who actually was knowledgeable. Stay away from this gentlemen.

Thank the stars Dean was just on lunch and he was able to save the day. He helped accurately explain the benefits of upgrading out of my grandfather plan to a newer plan showing me even a mid tier plan vs. a recommended plan against my current plan. He showed current monthly rate, benefits and what my monthly payment would be going forward. While the original trade-in value of $500 was incorrect and I got $175 for a galaxy s21 ultra I used it on accessories for my pixel 8 pro, still got an account credit, removed a line I had that I no longer use and got the upgrade all for nothing out of pocket and a reduced monthly bill.

He educated on the phone and plan. We actually had some laughs, he dealt with calling internally to settle some things I would had to on my own and so I felt he went above the call the duty.

While I didn’t enjoy spending 2 hours here on a Saturday, it ended at a positive note at least. Thanks Dean.

On another note I observed a rude customer being an a hole to another worker by being a reverse ageist. Think older person trying to lawyer and discriminate the worker using his words against him in a basic conversation. So weird saying someone who is a professional is unknowledgeable because he had no gray hair haha like what? Anyways I think he was the manager and his name was Chris, but he acted like a true professional despite being harassed by this person. He showed a lot of calm in the face of a stressful situation. This T-Mobile is good in my book

  5. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jamie – it’s rare to have someone go above and beyond to help a customer.

Jamie not only solved our problem but he patiently worked with multiple teams at -Mobile HQ through a ton of internal issues, proactively resolved issues I hadn’t even flagged for him, and had perfect end to end comms. When I had to leave halfway through resolution, Jamie took it upon himself to personally follow up with me via cell phone to ensure the issue was fixed.

He has really impacted how I view and purchase services from T-Mobile.
