The 3 Biggest Verizon Locations in the United States

Thank you for taking the time to read our article. For more in-depth reviews and comprehensive ratings on the Verizon store, please explore the recommended articles listed below.
This location was one of the best corporate Verizon stores I’ve visited. Every team member treated the customers as a welcomed guest. They took time to help everyone, offered other product, and took time to understand our needs.
So many places act irritated that they have customers, they want you to just buy something and get out.
This store and every team member did the very opposite, they didn’t rush any of the customers, and assured anyone wait that they would soon be over to assist us.
This is true customer service, I will only go to this location from now on.
The only downside of my visit was the security guard, he seemed to feel, I was the only customer in there to steal something. I was offered to look around while I waited, and since I needed some accessories, I did just that, even asked for a few items. But the guard kept moving into position to make sure he saw every move I made, which is fine if this would have been the same for all customers. I’ve been in places where, staff was so caught up on one person and other customers took advantage of that and took items and walked out. Americans need to learn, a great deal of shoplifting is not done by just blacks. And no, when I see it happening, I say nothing, because true surveillance don’t see race.
The last time I was there was last November and my mom, my sisters, and I only came to get a new SIM card for my phone. The manager said that we had to be 45 minutes to wait but it took at least 3 hours to wait just for a simple SIM card. Yet the manager was being so rude to my mom and I had to go in and wait inside for 20 minutes I finally got a guy to help me he was super nice, patient, and understanding I got my new SIM card and left the store after that.
Worst sales clerks! I’ve been there a few times, first two were good and decent. This third time, I had a walker to help me walk due to knee surgery and needed assistance opening the door to enter… did any of the employees kindly help me or the security guard standing nearby open the door ….Nope! Stood near the entrance watching two employees or clerks chit chat near a phone and swipe around their tablets they carry, not once turning to greet me. I may have had a less friendly face when they finally approached me… nonetheless they quickly dismissed me and one of them just walked away because I was more of a “call customer service” and not a potential device purchase customer. The wait was 45 to an hour if I needed their assistance, that I was better off sitting in my car and calling 611. That was just so rude! Sat at one of their stools /countertops called customer service, the obvious that the busy wait time subsided, enough to see the clerks just stand around and talk, not once was I approached or offered help. So displeased with the lack of decent kindness to at least open the door to exit. 3 able bodies near the door and a security guard. Two thumbs down!
I just left the verzion store at 3800 California ave. They have very rude sales clerks very unprofessional. I was returning equipment i could not use, i was told that i was not going to be helped, the manager was in a meeting and he wasnt helping me either. The guy at the door had no name badge on and refused to give me his name. After asking him 3 times for his name he told security to make me leave.i was in the store the day before for 1 and half hours just to get equipment returned.. do not go to that store customer service is very very bad.. I will be filing a complaint with the New York office tomorrow.
I believe her name was Natalie, she made all the difference. This is the best Verizon store in town, most knowledgeable, Verizon is lucky to have her .
