What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. It’s really nice to have this budget friendly option near Disneyland. However, it’s also consistently the slowest McDonalds I have ever seen. On my last visit it was 23 minutes for a single happy meal, and they weren’t even very busy. Maybe under- staffing issues or something?

  2. Self service pretty much on everything, this place will show your order as if it’d given to you so it seems on their end that they are fast. If you ask for anything, the staff acts as though you’ve inconvenienced them. Customer service sucks at this location.

  3. The most efficient McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Breakfast here next to the Disneyland park entrance is warm, fast and quick and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Be prepared for ordering on a screen! Get your number and grab a seat! Get breakfast here at 8 am when the parks open and then go over after breakfast after the initial security and park lines go down. Several visits this week while at the parks and staying nearby. Always fresh, always warm. Great fries ordered light salt! 🤗

  4. So clean and so fast! The staff is super friendly with no problems! Appreciate the quick turnaround from order to eating!
    Thanks!!

  5. Horrible service. Won’t take your order at the counter. Guy stared turned and laughed while we waited to order. Have to use their kiosk option and then if paying cash go back to the counter. Rude people earns a 1 star for me.
