- Reviews:Visited this location to upgrade two phones on our account. Nico Constantino greeted us at the door and offered to help us immediately- no wait time. Nico was great. We were able to sit at a desk to review our account and options. Nico took time with us and did not try to oversell. We selected phones and Nico seamlessly transferred our old phone info onto the new phones. This was the best phone buying experience I’ve had in years and we have been Verizon customers for 20+ years. Very nice location with professional, helpful, knowledgeable employees. - Reviews:Goodbye Verizon… I went in to upgrade my phone and was told the wait would be about 30 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and then left. My wife is the account manager so both her and I had to be there which meant we had to bring our 3 young kids. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I asked if they had a bathroom for my daughter and was told they have no public restrooms. The absurd wait was bad enough, but it seems like these long waits are normal and not having a bathroom for the customers is ridiculous. When I went up to ask, another couple came in and was greeted with a less than welcoming “do you have an appointment?” To which they replied “do we need an appointment to buy a phone case?” The guy at the front was obviously frustrated with the business. At the same time, a young, pretty woman walked in asking if someone could help her fix her phone. One of the Verizon employees helped her right away even though my family and others had been waiting a long time. This store certainly does not seem to want any business. Needless to say, I’m glad Verizon is not the only carrier in my area. This store in particular was terrible and lost me as a customer for the business. If you’re looking for a phone provider or service, I recommend looking elsewhere.By Greg B (2 weeks ago)Picked up a new phone in the express 24/7 box. Which worked perfectly. Had an issue activating the new phone because I didn’t have the account pin. Went inside where I explained the situation to Guillermo. He let me know I could either get the pin or wait and they would be able to help me activate it. Waited 30-40 minutes got to another associate that immediately told me that without the pin they wouldn’t be able to help. I went back to Guillermo and ask why he had me wait. He explained he didn’t know. I said I explained the situation at the door, in which he responded that he didn’t know they wouldn’t be able to help. Don’t waste peoples time. 2nd location I have visited this year and both times I had a very unpleasant experience.
I walk in and do not get acknowledged. A simple “Hello” or a “We will be right with you” would be a simple easy gesture.
What is wrong with the staff ! For sure need better training or human interaction 101 customer service skills.
It’s ridiculous how they are selling products but yet do not even bother to be courteous to people! I walked out after waiting over 5 minutes and even then no one said anything.
Do better store managers smh!
The service was amazing. The rep as well as the store manager were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean . The only thing that could have improved my experience would be a mamossa.
Excellent customer service. Pleasant experience and will always go back. I was a Verizon customer for quite a few years but had to change to another carrier because I didn’t have service where I was living but have long moved from there and now I am back as a Verizon customer again. I hope I never have to change again. I really like Verizon wireless.
I was greeted right when I walked in and was taken care of. All of my questions were answered. I was taken care of and I was comfortable leaving the store with all of the information provided to me, and I will feel comfortable stopping back by the store for extra help or further information.
Esteban.. I hope I spelled it correctly.. but he was attentive to anyone who walked in. He did not pressure me for anything I didn’t ask, which I appreciate. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. He took his time making sure everything was set up properly and to answer any question I had.
