  1. If I could give this store zero stars I would. Traded in phones with Adrian back in July. He gave us the incorrect box and incorrect trade in slips. This has resulted in 6 months of back and forth, incorrect bills, over 30 hours on the phone with Verizon representatives. Best thing to do is not get Verizon for cell phone service, if you must, avoid this store and Adrian. They don’t know what they are doing.

  2. Would give 0 stars if possible. I was in there for a half hour before they let the manager get involved (his name was Will). When he came over, he was laughing at me for not being able to get into my account and made sarcastic remarks about how to download an app. Came in to upgrade my phone and left an hour later with no phone. I said I would just leave at that point and he pointed at the door for me to go. Sad that a manager can act that way- please do better at who you hire for management Verizon

  3. This store is completely useless. They can only sell phones. No support, not able to explain to customers anything about their phones. Like why does this store even exist?

  4. Very friendly and helpful staffing, I’m surprised by how expensive the items have gotten a screen protector close to $100.00 im surprised anyone really goes to main stream places like this when amazon has much cheaper options but.

  5. I have not yet had experience with this, but based on the reviews I’m seeing, I may not even visit! UNLESS, I SEE SOME SERIOUS escalation regarding these negative reviews, I will NEVER VISIT THIS STORE. I “MAY” even consider terminating my 25-year relationship with Verizon in favor of another carrier.

    Certainly, I’m willing to wait to see how these are addressed. But I have one phone waiting to activate and a huge iphone12 order pending, so time is of the essence.

    And yes, I had a smile on my face when I left home today and I still have one. I hope those listening won’t force it into a smirk.

    Thank you all for your reviews. The number of negatives seems to equal roughly the number of positives – never good, and shows a fundamental problem with that store. I hope that, it’s not also a fundamental problem …

    I had quite a lot of questions to which different Verizon stores gave me different responses. But this place, Armani, Greets you with the brightest smile and knows what she is doing. She’s very knowledgeable and had the exact answer for all my queries and she had the patience to answer them and maintains a good standard of professionalism. I chose this store even though it’s not the closest Verizon store to me just because I was comfortable and I have brought 3 other people with me to Verizon just because of the great service. And my phone got delivered a week before it was scheduled to come. It’s win all through. Cheers

    My brother and I went into Verizon to upgrade our phones. Skye immediately welcomed us like family, had us take a seat, and treated us so well the entire time. She was at the store before it opened at 9am when we arrived. She did this knowing it’s a busy time when new phones are released in the fall. The store was getting busy and she and her colleague handled the incoming rush so calmly and professionally. Skye is down to earth, personable, and hilarious. I witnessed her making connections with other customers. It’s obvious she is respected by taking good care of people. Skye is knowledgeable about everything, including, but not limited to: phone tiers, upgrades and discounts, Apple Watch and AirPods, promotions, data and storage, charging cubes, phone cases and screen protectors and their warranties, monthly bills, and insurance. I had so many questions and Skye was so patient having to repeat herself for me haha. It was a great experience and we really enjoyed spending the morning with her. Skye hooked us up with new phones, data transfers, phone cases, screen protectors and understanding our first bill. We knew about all the promotions and deadlines, the pros and cons of going one way or the other with a phone version, and never felt like she was selling us things we didn’t need. It was a great experience. I rarely take time to write reviews, but Skye absolutely crushed it today and deserves to be recognized for the #bossbabe 👑 that she is. Drop mic 🎤

    Not being tech savvy and needing help went to the South Boston location. Armani was extremely helpful and patience and resolved my problem. Ever while helping me she acknowledged each customer as they entered the store, telling them that she would be right with them.

    Both my girlfriend and I both came here to upgrade our iphones on separate occasions. We received excellent customer service from Inderpreet who made the whole process so much more smooth and easier to understand than I have ever received at a mobile retail store, as well as maximized promos to get us the best possible deals. We were both very satisfied with our experiences and definitely recommend this store for retail needs. Note that is only an authorized retailer and so not the place to go if you are having verizon account/service issues, only for if you are thinking of purchasing a new mobile device or accessories.

    I came to this store to upgrade my phone and review my phone plan. The staff was amazing and put me on a better plan that actually saves me money each month. Additionally, they helped me to upgrade my phone and get everything transferred over before I left the store. Great experience and would highly recommend!

    Inderpreet was a phenomenal customer service representative. I came in to have my phone check for a sound issue I was having. Inderpreet managed to upgrade my phone 3 generations as well as get me a hotspot with a very minimal raise to my current bill. She was also extremely helpful with other issues I was having. If there was a way to give her a 6th star for going above and beyond, I would do so.

    I knew my old phone was about to die and needed an iPhone 11 fast. Amanda was great. I knew what I wanted but wanted to see to be sure. I got my iPhone 11 transaction completed in about 15 minutes and then she spent another 45 minutes setting it up while I shopped at the Star Market across the street The time flew. When I returned the phone was ready and we finished the set up together it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience.
