My fiance has nothing but good things to say about these people and their services. It seems though that the last couple times we have gone in there the employees are not what they used to be. They don’t want to help you. And they charge for things that they’re not supposed to charge for.
I came in here and the manager, who seemed to be the main guy in charge, helped me a lot. My new phone was messed up and he got me a new one in no time with no hassle. But some of the other associates there were very unhelpful and the misinformation they provided me caused a big inconvenience. One of them had me take home a WiFi box after I told them I already have WiFi and it was a free trial right? Well I took it home just to appease the man helping me and then brought it back. I STILL got charged for it and it made my account go negative because I was not expecting that amount to come out. And I even went back a second time before the payment came out to ask if the charge was going to go away before my bill and the gentlemen I spoke to said yes. Definitely not cool.
The store, employees and maybe the company have changed. I left and went elsewhere one year ago and have been VERY PLEASED! I also have a lot more money in my pocket! I have a new phone, which was FREE, my bill is less than half of what I was paying, and I get GREAT SERVICE!

**********SCAMMERS. **************** IvWAS NICE SO THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE. THERE IS A FEMALE ( BLUE CURLY HAIR LAST YEAR long nails bad vibe) THAT HANDLES BUSINESS WHO IS SO RUDE I LEFT THE FIRST VISIT. BUT THE GuYS THAT HANDLED MY ACCOUNT ARE THE REAL SCAMMERS. THEY WENT IN THE BACK ROOM AND PUT ALL KINDS OF RESTRICTIONS ON MY NEW ACCT.
AS I LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THIS COULD BE RACIALLY MOTIVATED (CLASS ACTION)
I CANT CHANGE MY HORRIBLE PHONES. THEY USED me to get rid of red and green inventory. Charged me a down payment that WAS NOT NEEDED. APPLIED A PAY plan to free phones on my account. My employees had to show me. They never offered me ANY PROMOS . Lied ! REAL DESPERATE SCAMMERS. ALL DESPERATE FOR COMMISSION.
OWNER WAS OTP APPROVING EACH LINE!!! Each scam. IM GLAD IM SMART ENOUGH TO CONTACT THE LEGAL DEPT. I DONT PLAY. Being a reseller means to “act as if” …they have violated. They Even made the new guy apart of this. Its sad. He just moved here. My Attorney is on it.

I hate the fact that when I go in about something about my phone. It’s always , you should do a new phone. Went in a couple weeks ago. Was told my phone was shot and the SIM card was junk !!
