4 months agoI am so impressed by the customer service. My little daughter lost her flask during a visit and I placed a request to inform if it was found. Though it was small thing they really cared about it and called me when it was found. I sincerely appreciate the dutifulness of the in store personnel. 👍👍6 years agoThis is the absolute best Dollar Tree in Lubbock. It is always spot list everything is organized there is always plenty of product on the shelves and not all-over the floor. I recommend this Dollar Tree to everybody go to this one stay away from the other ones.8 months agoDebra is a wonderful manager, very hard working and friendly! The store is always in good shape snd her employees are all very helpful and nice. I really enjoy this store !!!a year agoCustomer service was wonderful! At the counter. Music being played in the store, I felt was inappropriate. Families withe young children in the store. Music had f**k and d**n. Talked to the manager, He was cusing the whole way to the front. Changed his play list for two songs, then went back to faul language music2 months agoGreat service, and they’ve have lengua!

5 months agoPoor stocking period. Needs an on site sales director to order the items that resale on daily basis. Shelfs are bare and popular items not found.. sales associate should walk the floor to explain why the items are no longer available. All locations are poor in quality and service.3 months agoLove Dollar tree ,because they have great merchandise ,everyone can afford.Especially for those of us on fixed income.They also have good groceries,which is great love dollar tree,thank you.a year agoThis dollar tree has some rude employees. Closing 5 minutes early and all I needed was one item. The employee was rude when I asked if they were closing 5 minutes early and with no hesitation she said they were! She couldn’t even ask me what it was I needed.a year agoThe store was clean, had well stocked items. One of the main things I went in for was the frozen salmon fillets, but this time they didn’t have them. That’s the way it is you know sometimes they order the stuff that you want and sometimes they don’t. But they did have other fish. And as always I find more than what I was actually going in for. A good place to shop.2 years agoEverything is $1.00 and if your teen is out of control they have drug testing kits for $1.00

Absolutely the rudest staff ever. Followed me and my husband around the store and then spoke over the loud speaker about checking there security cameras. I guess we were looking to long? 🤷🏼♀️ I walked out. I wasn’t going to be treated like a theft by some minimum wage, half educated, “women”. My husband refused to walk out with me and they were talking bad about us in spanish when he went to pay for our stuff. Guess they didn’t expect him to know what they were saying. He went ahead and let them know that we didn’t appreciate they way they treated us and they didn’t apologize or even try to fix there rude uncalled for actions. I hope dollar tree cares enough about it’s customers to do something about this. Maybe a class on customer service or public relations. Well NOT be back.
