a year agoGreat value if you know what to buy.Some of the things here aren’t the highest quality (some of the greeting cards are hilariously bad), but almost everything is only $1.25. There’s a wide selection of miscellaneous items, but no fresh foods or much clothing. I’ve never seen this location get packed, but it does get pretty busy sometimes.
The picture frames here are pretty good and a lot cheaper than some comparable ones from other stores. Also, they have a lot of cleaning tools and off brand cleaners that will do the job. If you have kids that don’t treat their toys with respect, Dollar Tree toys will be great for them. There are also little bottles of paint that are great for small DIY projects.
The employees really try their best from what I’ve seen, and every transaction I’ve made here has been smooth.
in the last weekWorker had an a filthy attitude.she was telling us to speak up,and wasn’t even doing anything.The guy that was doing something was farther away, and still told us about what we trying to find. I found this experience very poor.5 months agoI came to the register where my daughter was waiting for us, the dollar tree older lady worker who wears glasses told me my total with an attitude I let her know I was not done. She rang up the rest of our stuff while I was transferring money over to accounts she had no smile and looked upset. I scanned my phone and she then tells me with her unpleasant voice, It didn’t work, I said really? Hold on, she tells me to tell my daughter to bring the bag back inside I told her no she’s good I got money please hold I scanned my phone again and it worked. I told her maybe she shouldn’t work in dealing with customers if she has a bad attitude and/or if she didn’t like her job to get a new one! Unpleasant to say the leasta year agoVery nice clean and organized great staff super friendly 👍🏾 Love this stores prices and the new things that they keep coming out witha year agoIt was my first experience and I had an adrenaline rush to visit the store. I was happy to see most of the products at $1.25.i was Tempted for the junks than the other useful stuff. The service was good and the ambience was great. It’s definitely worth to stop buy for a small break.

5 months agoVery small compared to other dollar tree store in Fremont. Only one person is working and busy with cash register. Poor stock for art and crafts supplies.a month agoThe employees here are very kind and friendly. Not very many people working the registers, but it is enough. There is a rather small selection of items on display, but still enough of a variety.a year agoProbably one of the smallest Dollar Tree I have ever been to. The store was overall clean and stocked. They had the back door open and I could see the back very clearly. When I got to the register, the employee seem to not care much. I always goes to this dollar tree in the early morning and find everything is so organized and new items. This is my favorite store for my art and crafts supplies.
Dollar Tree on Stevenson Blvd..
Well…. I do My best to give the “benefit of the doubt” to a RUDE person (just having a bad day etc. ) But , before I was able to pass the front entrance..A lady YELLED “YOU ONLY HAVE 8 mn to shop ! . (It was 0938hrs…I looked at My phone) as I looked ..she yelled again “now..it’s 7 mn ! )
I purchased one item in two minutes flat ! ( didn’t want to get yelled at again ) as I checked out ..the Gentleman (cashier. looked very uncomfortable. )
I asked the persons name that was yelling at the customers..but he couldn’t remember how to pronounce Her name…I took a few outside photos as she turned away at least two customers at 0948hrs…
I LOVE DOLLAR TREE….but is this worth one employee ?????

We always come to this store with our kids. Everything is good except their restroom is always not available.
They wont let you use restroom even if your a regular customer with young kids with you that regularly buy toys.
I am seething as I write this review. First of all, every time I am in here, the check out line is astronomically long. That wouldn’t be such a problem if the check out wasn’t SOOOO SLOOOWWW. Today I waited in line with my family for THIRTY MINUTES even though we were maybe the tenth people in line when we got there. After 30 minutes, one of my kids started screaming since they had accidentally shut their fingers in one of the drink refrigerators. Keep in mind, for thirty minutes I have been preoccupying my children by playing I Spy and alphabet games so they’re not running around the store or being obnoxious. Once my 3-year-old got hurt, he was screaming loudly and I immediately took him out of the store to take care of him (leaving my 5-year-old with my husband in line). Once my husband FINALLY got to the register, the cashier starts talking to the customers in front of him about what bad parents we were and how she was counting how many time my son had “banged his head on the concrete.” That literally never happened.
I will *NEVER* be setting foot in a Dollar Tree again. No one deserves to wait in line that long only to be falsely bad mouthed by employees. Perhaps my standards are set too high for a messy dollar store, but I thought I could at least expect some professionalism. Any decent person would have checked to see if an injured child is okay, but I suppose that’s hard to come by in this dump.
The tall “manager” (im assuming she’s female) with the beanie (usually green) and glasses needs to help out their employees. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I am quite used to the long lines and messy store, but I can’t get over how the managers do little to help their employees. This person I am speaking of walked outside their little office, sees how busy the front end is with one check stand open and instead of helping, they hide back in their cubicle.
They truly show how much they don’t care about their workers and customers when they do that.
