5 months agoDesign of the store is great and spacious. Good selection but not impressive overall. The food selection is limited. Customer service is poor. The store is clean and tidy for the most part.6 months agoI have to say this one of the largest and well-stocked DT’s I’ve been in. And I’ve been to a few. Super disrespectful. Told me I was eating too much food (one pecan log) and that she would never eat that. Go home to Europe then, no one will miss you. 👍

Chocolate covered peanuts are awesome from there.6 months agoDollar Tree at Southern Shopping Center is large but it doesn’t have a frozen food section; limited selection of things. I was looking for diabetic socks & hamburger buns but couldn’t find them there or the Ocean View store. I’ll try the Sewell Point & Janaf stores.a month agoThis Dollar Tree have everything you need plus more. Very friendly cashiers here at this location.a year agoEasy access. Good selections. They always have what I need for my crafts.2 years agoThis particular Dollar Tree, located in Ocean View, has a very bright, shiny, friendly staff… They really try to knock the lines down when they are long. They do their best to ring up your stuff and get you out the door. I really appreciate this about this particular store.

This was a pretty rough Dollar Tree. Dimly lit, dirty, poorly organized and disheveled, crowded aisles, and only one cashier with a very long line. I cannot recommend.
I went there with my training dog and they stopped me to ask about his status, I then let them know that he’s in training and they asked for proof which isn’t even allowed. The place is dirty nobody keeps up with anything it was just the worse experience ever and they need to get a grip.
I came into this dollar tree with my emotional support dog today..the lady at the register automatically yelled to the back at the other lady asking “yo are dogs allowed here” the lady in the back asked what training he has and I replied he’s in training and she said “let me see the card” while the lady checking people out says “I don’t like no dogs any dogs nowhere near me”. Legally you aren’t allowed to demand the registration card for dogs and might I say this was in front of the whole store and everyone checking out. After that whole incident I felt so uncomfortable to even shop there so I had left and after the fact I had a panic attack from all of the commotion that had happened right when I walked in. I’m never shopping at this dollar tree again.
This store looks like it has been looted, broken down cardboard boxes in the floor where anybody could easily trip & fall over them!!! The short lady with glasses that always seems to be at the register always has a terrible attitude. I tried to make a cash back transaction with my debit card. She yelled at me that it was a credit card, I told her that I ought to know what kind of card I had (which I should know) but instead of her trying to help the situation she just kept barking back at me that it was a credit card. I think from now on I’ll go out of my way to shop at another Dollar Tree just to avoid this lady.
Y’all know I love reviewing Dollar Tree locations since I’m there every week lol, but I never can understand how some stores are in tip top shape, while others need a whole lot of work! Well I give credit where credit is due. This location needs lots of work. I only saw one cashier that was waiting on people and stocking all at the same time. She was nice but she had her hands full. Please get her some help. It makes no sense for the store to look like this.
