  2 main things – Read before dismissing this review. (With response to reply)

  1. Worked with them on a project and visited their office here. It was ok, but when Surya (the owner I believe) & his son Vishal who helps run the place stop responding to you when they owe you money for a job you did, it goes to show their integrity and how they behave. I can very easily show the messages and everything as well. It’s frustrating.

  2. I also heard a conversation at another location while working with them about how they messed up a guys finances for a clients small business. He was furious about how they didn’t do simple due diligence to make sure that didn’t happen. Again, goes to show the way they operate.

  Response to the first sentence. I am only asking to be paid for what was completed during the deadline. There is so much to unpack here that I can say and show to really let you know and the people reading this know that you’re being out of integrity Vishal but the main thing is im just very confused as to why this is even happening in the first place. I met your family which was very kind and welcoming and I stayed at your home editing and working with you. It was fun. I asked you Vishal Bezawada & your father Surya many times for payment, even your your friend and no response. I am only asking to be paid for 2 small videos in which were completed on time, in which I have a record of. It’s not even a lot, it’s just $400. You guys just ghosted me. I could care less about the money now, it’s just the disrespect I won’t tolerate.

  Now for your second sentence, I am merely stating a situation which occurred when your client was very upset because of something you did with his financials. No financial advice here. If you can’t reply to a simple review properly and keep your integrity for a simple transaction, I hope many people reconsider doing business with you and liberty tax if they let people like you run it.   I recently completed my first aid, my instructor Alicia was absolutely amazing. She kept the group engaged with both excellent teaching skills backed with relevant personal experience that really elaborated on why the skills we learn in First Aid are so important. I found her incredibly nice and enthusiastic with her teaching. I absolutely would recommend Alicia to teach any first aid and I would love to have her as my instructor again, her willingness to accommodate personal needs is spot on.

  Alicia was a very informative and fun teacher. I have had numerous first aid trainings yet this is the first one that focused on so many practical scenarios. I actually feel equipped (and maybe a little too excitable) to put this training into practice! She has my highest recommendation! The Red Cross App is also a great user friendly tool to have at the ready!
