    Went here on a Friday morning, lots of folks in line but everyone was in a good mood. Staff worked quickly and were very polite in the process. I found the experience significantly less stressful than going to London, and received my ID within 2 weeks in the mail.

    The line moves fast that is the only good thing. The guy at the door thinks he is the last intelligent person left in the world and talks to most ppl like they are idiots. He talks loudly to ppl that can’t speak English well as if they can’t hear and rolls his eyes at ppl that ask him questions. One lady’s number came up over a booth and like everyone else she walked up. She was yelled at to wait until she was called. I was shouted at because I wasn’t standing in the right spot on the floor. Yet it said stand here. 😂 It’s like going through customs….everyone that works there hates their job and we should all know what they are thinking. I know it’s not like I have to get service with a smile but is all that attitude necessary.

    The staff at this location is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The service and communication was excellent. I didn’t even mind having to go home and retrieve a document that I had forgotten, which is usually a big hassle at locations in larger cities where the lineups can be out the door and around the corner. A positive experience all around!
