    Wasn’t going to leave them a review but after seeing so many reviews about “rude” customer service, I couldn’t resist.

    Been here a few times now and the rudest customer service. I’m gunna give them another final chance, I if my next experience is the same. I’m getting in touch with corporate about these franchisees.

    Being a small business owner, customer service means everything to me. I’ll go out of my way to make my customer happy. Not here.

    «Parcel not delivered, Due to wrong address.»

    (I had previously received about 50 packages to this address perfectly)

    And only for UPS was my address wrong.

    The customer service center is closed and not working at all, (Although Google maps shows it is open)

    Drove to the UPS store.

    The only thing I got from an extremely unfriendly and inattentive employee was a piece of paper with the phone number of the customer service center and a recommendation to call there.

    Zero stars for my experience in this situation.

    Vince from the St John’s Village Mall location is SO RUDE. He doesn’t know how to accommodate customers & is ruining the reputation of UPS. Bad experience. He was asking me personal questions about my equipment & it felt like an invasion of privacy. Please do your job, and stop being rude to your own customers.
