6 months agoGreat prices and thankful for the new self checkout. A great place to shop for fresh produce and the essentials you need. The carts are 25 cents to rent and you have to bring your own bags to shop. You can purchase paper or plastic bags for 10 cents each.5 months agoI love Aldi! I love their fair prices, of course I can’t compare them with Whole Foods or Walmart Supercenter. They are small and don’t have a lot of options. But I always buy bananas, broccoli, cilantro, potatoes, asparagus, cauliflower, peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers. Their salmon has a very fair price. Love their cheese variety. They are some thingsI buy there only. The only issue I have right now is the new register. They have been there about two months. The new registers are annoying, it seems like the set them up to rush people. They are constantly tell you to put the next item and to complete their shopping. They are plenty of places that have them and they don’t have any messages only at the end.

4 months agoI never had an issue with this location the stock and variety of products is great! Until yesterday a cashier gave me the RUDEST customer service I’ve ever received there!! I put my items in boxes so it could be easier to scan and go and he screams to empty the boxes when in front of us he did not do that to the customer in front then. He flips the box and throws all my items onto the counter angrily messing up my items! There was no one behind us as well! He was in a rush to get out of cashiering it seems but overall RUDE, IMPATIENT, DISMISSIVE AND OVERALL NASTY ATTITUDE! I would love to call and complain to hr about this employee as it seems I am not the only one effected by this rude service !3 months agoAldis is the absolute best. I thank God for them as they are affordable where the rest of the supermarkets just operate for profit and could care less about the rise in food prices making it harder for consumers to get the goods they need, forget the wants. Without Aldis, I dont know what we would do. I just know their the best and their there for you…💯.4 months agoI am not one to write reviews, but we went yesterday and never had a problem with this location. We had put our groceries into the boxes because thats what we saw the people in front of us do, and when the cashier got to us. He started dumping out the boxes and screaming at us for making his life so hard. We had eggs and breakable things in the boxes. We thought we were helping be more efficient, by following the people before us. I still don’t understand why he yelled at us, and not them. And there was also no one behind us. He was very rude to us, I guess this location is racist. Will no longer be taking my business here.2 months agoThey always have really good prices and good food. Some of the items can only be found at Aldi’s. If recommend this store to anyone!2 months agoFemale employee didn’t let my 4 year old have access to the restroom. My daughter really needed to go and she actually had an accident on our way to another, she was very embarrassed. Employee was very rude and treated us with a demeaning behaviour. Should be made into an example for her unacceptable behavior and be repremended. No mother or child should ever go through this.

Just stopped in to see if they had any of there zero net carb bread. They did not. They never do. More misses then hits on that one. Store was neat and clean. Staff helped but did the point and ya its over there instead of walking us over to it and showing us.
I arrived at this location at 7:30 PM. They were closing at eight and there was an associate mopping the floors with a machine. Associate kick me and my partner out of the isles two times in two separate isles. They seem to be very rushed and wanted customers to hurry up and get out of there instead of putting customer service first. The cashier was also rude sarcastically it appears that everybody was rushed. I do not recommend this location especially near closing time. Everyone’s behavior changes from earlier in the day verses closing time. Customer service near closing time becomes unimportant and rude, customers be advised.
This place rushed me out the store on the last 30 min before closing. My 30 min of shopping here was very unpleasant because i was constantly being asked to move so they can mop in every isle that i went into while i was shopping. They have all the time to mop after 8PM of closing. I suggest corporate take a good look at cameras because this is a huge liability mopping with store full of customer and no sign of precaution signs. I guess they think just because there mopping the edges of the floors there wouldn’t be a slip and fall there wrong for this.
The best food for the price hands down. When they first opened they had a long way to go but they closed for remodeling and now it’s the only place I go!!! All the necessities at the best price. Bay scallops all the way to garlic n blue cheese stuffed jumbo olives. The shaved steak makes the best homemade beef lo mien!!!
ALDI is a food chain located in certain neighborhoods so to speak that have a demographic that need and want to save money. While shopping for nutritious foods and substitutes that are offered in this food chain. I myself and very appreciative for all the times that I couldn’t fill up my refrigerator and pantry cabinets with Whole Foods or Target, not even Walmart for that matter but ALDI was there. And through the years it has had a growing shoppers base not only in Orlando but in cities like Houston and Virginia Beach where I visit family often.
