I’m not a fan of Kohl’s… they give you Kohls bucks for buying their stuff and it disappears really quick, but if you screen shot it they will give you credit longer in the store because the store workers agree it disappears to quick, the lines for cashiers were insane long. It’s just not customer friendly to me.

    I don’t see them surviving king term. Just my opinion.

  3. Went to pay my balance on my card and they couldn’t give me the amount I owed. This is ridiculous. So I had to estimate and pay that amount. This needs to be worked around.

  4. Kohl’s is where I end up after I can’t find what I need at other stores. I know they have the largest variety of sizes which is important because sometimes I’m a size 12 in jeans, sometimes I’m a size 14. Sometimes I need short and sometimes regular depending on the way the jeans are made. Kohl’s has short and long, mid rise, high waisted, petite and tall, skinny and everything in between. I always find the perfect pair.

    This Kohl’s location has a Sephora located inside. They also have a customer service desk, plus a spot for Amazon returns. Amazon return drop offs are easy, but line can get long; you do get a $5 off for doing the return there. The location is pretty hot, but mostly well organized.

    This Boomer store was ok. Go to Kohls for pajamas. Kohls had 70% off clothes rack. However the clothes at Kohls is really expensive. The store was clean. Kohls has a huge dressing room.

    Everyone is always very helpful, great sales, clean fitting rooms and a great variety of brands. The new Sephora counter looks nice too.

    Worst customer services ever. I have been working in customer services industry for more than 25 years from retail to banking. I owed my own business as well and I know what is customer services mean. It is a long story but to make it short. I came to the store for even exchange the shirt for my niece. The cashiers mess it up and the assistant manager have to come to fix it. She end up issued me a store credit in the amount of $18.49. Today I came into the store and pay with it and the cashier said there is no money in the card. I came back to customer service table and ask to spoke to the lady that issue me my store credit. They said that they don’t know her and she just work as a seasonal worker. After talked to a lady and wait about 25 mins they send me home and told me to wait for the manager to come in tomorrow so she can make a decision. She told me that they can not find any transaction that relate to this store credit. I told them you have the store camera and you know exactly what time it happen so just check it. They said they can not. They have to wait for another person from another department to check it. I use to love Kohl and shop every month. I don’t know what happen but every time when I shop at this location (115th and Metcalf) they always give me trouble. Just for $18.49 they make me go back and forth 2 time already. The gas money will cost me more than to get back my store credit. This is absolutely ridiculous. By the way I will update to see what the store manager say to me tomorrow. Oh God, help me.

    This location also supports Amazon item return service. You can get a discount coupon after return the item and use it to ship inside the store. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
