  The most unprofessional experience I’ve had in my life and that’s truly saying something.

  I dealt with the senior partner at this firm and I’ve never been so belittled and treated with such poor respect. He had no clue what was going on with my file at any point in time. When someone’s name is on the business you expect them to show a little pride in their work– this was just plain embarrassing.
