  1. Most amazing experience I have ever had with Verizon (or really anyone). Sam was amazing. He listened and took his time to help me. I would say I was treated like a VIP. I do not usually enjoy getting a new phone but the way Sam treated me made it an enjoyable process. I can’t say enough good things. I went in a few days later to return my old phone. Sam wasn’t working that day but the two that were took care of me and also were fantastic. Verizon can learn from this location!! What a great group. I highly recommend!!

  5. Sean is AMAZING! when I had a manufacturer’s defect with a phone I hadn’t had very long other stores turned me away for various reasons. Sean helped me immediately even calling me back after an inquiry and sitting with me while I switched my data over to the new phone from a broken one.

    Desiree greeted me like she had been waiting to serve me personally. She assessed my situation and walked me through all the steps a decisions required in an upgrade. She explained everything superbly for me as a layman in this field. The store was orderly, clean and welcoming. It was well-equipped. It took me about thirty minutes in the store and Desiree was excellent at engaging conversation while she cared for all the facets of my upgrade. In addition, she helped two other people who came in while we were uploading. I had a very positive experience today.

    Showed up to a locked store after calling and making sure it was open before arriving. Waited 15 minutes and the store was still locked.

    I recently went into the store in a huge hurry and worked with (Schandra…i believe thats her name? mom, blonde hair and glasses) She was incredibly nice. Was very respectful of my time and worked hard to help me get in and out in a hurry without making me feel guilty or anything which normally people tend to do these days. She encouraged me to sign up for internet which i will be doing when i have a chance to return. I’ll always go back to this location because of her excellent customer service and assistance!

    As someone who has worked in multiple cell phone stores, I try to give the employees there the benefit of the doubt. My experience in this store, however, was the worst I’ve ever had. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were talked down to and treated like an annoyance. There were almost no phones on display to look at and not many more in stock to purchase. When I tried to look at the phones they did have in stock, they grabbed them out of my hand like I was going to steal them. We were trying to bring 4 lines over to Verizon, but when they realized we weren’t going to buy any accessories or phone insurance, they suggested we just go purchase the phones online. We were happy to oblige. I recommend looking elsewhere for your phone purchase.

    Update – The business responded to my feedback. Probably quicker than what it me to get the problem fixed they caused. I placed an order online for Pick up (Saturday) at this store as I was switching carriers. In that order I attempted to do an eSIM activation on my 23 Ultra which failed and I lost service. I was directed to this store by Customer Care team to get a physical sim card. I arrived prior to my order being ready. While I waited for the eSIM issue to be corrected. I made mention that I also had an order to be picked up. If needed I would just wait around. The gentlemen offered to go take a look at the order pickup. He returned 30 minutes later with bag in hand and 3 phones. I did not attempt to activate them until 48 hours later when cases arrived on Monday. I quickly found that the devices were hard locked as the order to pick them up had not be checked in. This store was over 30 minutes away for me. I called Customer Care team on (Tuesday) after the store opened. I explained the situation and the Customer Service Agent was very pleasant and tried multiple times to get ahold of the store. Verizon own customer care team could not get ahold of this store until 3 PM. Granted the VZ rep was Eastern Time Zone. They initially attempted to contact the store shortly after opening, around lunch time CST time as well as other attempts before. I can chalk some of this up to bad timing in general. However, I’m going to say that the ineptness of the individuals (including Manager) at this location is pretty high. 1. They didn’t check in the order when I picked it up. They blamed a PoS software upgrade as the glitch. 2. I had advised the Manager that after the order was checked in. That I did not want to activate the phones quite yet but I wanted to be able to do so later. Queue the ineptness of the manager. When the manager rebooted the first phone they didn’t explain that it would start the transfer of service. As all three phones booted up. They each made it to a new screen that said hey X number is assigned to this phone. Unbeknownst to me. This cut the service to 3 other family members in the middle of the day at work, school, leaving no form of communications back to my family. As a Manager. You should know how your products and services operate and you should be able to convey this to the customer even if they are miffed and have expressed displeasure about the events that transpired. Clearly the lady who initially started to help me upon my return was a bit butt hurt by my comment “About Time” when they told me that VZ care finally got ahold of the store. That’s when the manager got involved. Tread carefully at this store. They may appear to be helping. Clearly they caused me loads more work by simply not checking in the order. Lastly when I advised the manager that agents should be cross the T’s and dotting the i’s his poker face disappeared and was replaced with a “yeah sure” kind of tone and look. At this juncture. I would have rather worked with the Customer Care team via chat and phone over dealing with this series of team members.

    Picked up new phones today, was very glad that the process was very easy but the employees at this location were not helpful at all and didn’t ask if we needed anything or even offered a “goodbye” or “have a great day” when we left after we set up our own phones. Nobody greeted us. Glad to be with Verizon but will never come back to this location for any needs and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.

    Extremely helpful and friendly employees. We were in to see about upgrading my husband’s phone but also ended up getting their internet. We were told we could try it for 30 days and if we didn’t like it we could return it. After an initial issue with the box not being registered to our account the setup was easy and we’ve had excellent service. Our old internet would drop causing issues with all our WiFi connections like security cameras, garage doors, irrigation apps, water monitoring system etc, Verizon hasn’t dropped once.

    Took my mom to Verizon to update her old phone. Thank you very much to Mary and Steve for all their help with answering my mom’s questions. They apparently don’t usually transfer data, etc., anymore. But they did with patience and grace for my mom. We were there for over two hours, and never got impatient. Thank you!! Suburb job!!
