2 months agoGot my car washed today. The worst car wash. Completely missed all the dirty spots. Dirt streaks along the side and back of car. That’s what I wanted gone. Looks like I will have to go somewhere else!!!4 months agoI went through this car wash yesterday and the brushes damaged my side mirror on my Tacoma. When I went back for another wash ( you can go through twice in a row ) the attendant was very helpful and wrapped the mirror to protect it from water getting inside and the manager met me around the front afterwards to write an incident report. We were able to fix ( still have to have the dealer confirm this ) the mirror in the parking lot, and the manager still followed through with the report and told me to find out from my Toyota dealer if there is anything to repair and they will cover the cost. All is well that ends well and Matt was very professional and understanding of the situation. I’d go back again for sure, just be careful with your mirrors make sure they are pulled in all the way and check them after the wash.in the last weekDan is the absolute best wash attendant I’ve ever had take care of my cara month agoToday I had a flat tire and turned one parking lot short of the gas station I intend. Dan from Scrubadub flagged me down and told me about the flat. He then used his equipment to patch my tire and send me on my way. I can’t say enough about how great he was.11 months agoI’ve used this car wash for about a year with a membership. It’s great, super easy to access, and the workers are always kind and happy. Obviously the car looks great afterwards, and it’s a quick and easy wash that I grab anytime I’m in the area. Matt G was particularly lovely today, and I thought he deserved a review. I like being able to get a service like this but ALSO leave with a smile. It’s the little things. 🤷🏼♀️

a year agoAbsolutely amazing… this is now my go to carwash. You can’t beat the value. I was using Scrub-a-Dub car wash for years now. Paying $23.99 (plus tax) for the extreme wash. Crystal Clean Car wash charges $19 for the extreme wash and it comes out 1,000 times better.
At scrub-a-dub car wash after getting the extreme wash I ALWAYS had to go into the self serve bays and spend more money getting all the spots that were missed… Not at Crystal Clean Car Wash. Their machine does 3D profiling of your vehicle, and gets EVERY spot THE FIRST TIME…
I will never use any other carwash except Crystal Clean on Broadway in South Portland Maine.5 months agoThis is the worst car wash I have ever had the displeasure of going to. AVOID!!! ridiculously overpriced, every other car wash in Portland has better prices. The vacuum prices are absolutely ridiculous. $2 for 2 minutes of vacuum? Insanity. Every other car wash has much cheaper and stronger suction vacuums. I will not be coming back and neither should you!a month agoThe vacuum takes only cards $1.00 or $5.00. No coins. No change when you use $5.00. Vacuum only lasted long enough to clean half of my car! No one works there.a year agoUsed the dog wash, $15 for 12 min. I was able to get it all done within that time frame. The website is clear on what to expect. The water was warm and the pressure was good. The room is small though and it heats up inside very fast. There are 2 dog washing stations available.
The vacuum (for the car) was good.a year agoI wash my car 2-3 times a week. I used to do it by hand but at 89 years old I have resigned to the fact I can no longer do that. I have found the Crystal Clean Car Wash bays and stalls always clean. I would recommend Crystall Clean highly.

I will call every time I plan on getting a wash from now on.
In the gas station the cashier seemingly pretended to swipe my card and then lie to me about it being “declined” while being standoff-ish. For what purpose or benefit, I couldn’t possibly guess. I checked my account prior to getting out of my vehicle and everything was fine. When declined, the register will print out a receipt. All standard registers do this and it looked to be a normal register. You’re also forced to allow the cashier to swipe for you which is incredibly sketchy in and of itself. Went outside to check my phone (I get an instant notification when I’ve been charged or declined, including while at the same store so it wasn’t a “lack of service due to location” issue) and had no notifications that I’d been denied or that any attempt to be charged had occurred. I had the same amount as I did before (so at least they didn’t steal from me as far as I’m aware) and immediately used that same exact card AT the pump. As for the car wash itself: 3/4 of the vacuums are chronically broken, machines regularly take money without providing the intended service, there is trash & large broken items (such as washing machines) just hanging out wherever.
