  I would never recommend their make up service. Totally unprofessional behavior.
  Note: It was wedding season. Since i understand the demand but still expecting the popular salon franchisee to behave professionally.
  I have opt for on site make up services (they have charged extra) which could be okay if their services was satisfying.
  First the makeup artist was in such rush that she just wanted to finish her job no client satisfaction was taken into considerations. Then after finishing the job she started asking to pay which i was doing it anyways but she was in such hurry that she couldn’t give me extra 5mins to call someone(as i had no mobile phone to transfer at that moment) and let her pay. Although some amount was already paid in advance. She couldn’t wait for 5-10mins and started poking me for money in front of my guests as if i am not paying her and it was already embarrassing for me.
  2nd the extra hairdos and saree drape other than Bridal services she was doing for the sake of doing. Not at all good work.( full Money was charged and paid).

  My aunt used it couple of days ago….. The lady had no idea how to cut… The tools were old… charged over 500 for hair cut…she could not do threading also… Very upset…

  Have been using services of the salon , since a long time. Had decent experience. But the last visit made me fall in love with their services. The lady who did the facial was so smooth with her work that I can frankly say that it was the best facial I ever had. Will definitely continue visiting Studio11 for the wonderful experience.
  Not to mention also had a haircolor by Jamshed. He was as good as one can be.
  I have been visiting Studio11 since a long time and will continue to do so as long as they have professional employees like the ones mentioned.

  I had a very good experience at Studio 11. Services given by Mrs. Neetu Singh were awesome, she is an experienced staff. Facial done by Neetu Singh left glow on my face for weeks, full body wax was very satisfactory as it removed all the tan also made my skin glow, she also did my threading and my eyebrows got perfect shape.
  Hair spa was done by miss Reena, she did a good job, the hair spa included shampoo, mask, steam and wash. I felt the need of head massage with some essential oils, which was missing.

  Overall I had good time at Studio 11 and I would like to visit again.

  Staff’s behaviour is good but man, they had booked several brides and party makeovers for one day!! It was a Mumbai chall like condition. Brides are shouting that please give me a makeover. Show some etiquettes guys and book Karo jitna resources hai…. They will give you the reason ki sab slots me ni aaye! Really!!!! And pathetic makeup… We booked MAC HD manual for 13500INR! Could you believe it? The insane expensive prices and makeup started showing lines within minutes… Refrain please refrain from coming here…

  Truly a v bad experience.We were scammed by saying we are getting bobby brown makeup however all the cheap local products were used .How dare the staff apply such products on our face .
  On claiming the same to their owner , he lied by adding unnecessary charges and doubling the prices .
  Totally unhygienic and no pallet was kept in proper manner .All the pallets of cheap brands were broken and had little or no product in them .
