  I want to share my worst experience in Alpha beauty salon,they did my facial within half an hour and made me to pay more than double amount which is mentioned in their salon price list,and the worst thing was the manager made me to pay to her personal account..and when I complained about it,they didn’t responded yet .it has been nearly a month but they didn’t responded.. inspite of this much fame,they give zero importance to the customer 😟

  I came here for the first time for waxing and haircut.
  Staff did not ask me for what kind of waxing I wanted. Simply started with the Gold wax which costed 800rs. Total waste of money.
  Worst thing I put on my skin as after 2-3 days it caused me skin allergy and rashes. Never in my life anytime I got any allergy or rashes with wax.
  It’s not worth it. Neither am I going again and nor would recommend to anyone .

  Haircut was ok. Nothing new and nothing as I said. Made it a lot shorter than what I had said.

  Worst experience..my hair was too long nd they made it too short instead of making it long layered haircut .they made it shorter nd wasted my such a long hair.and reduce my hair volume tooo I badly wanted to donate my hair to cancer patients but they simply cut it like something nd threw it to dustbin .plz never visit this saloon for hair cut ..I still regret every single minute for having haircut .

  Recently visited the place for haircut and hair coloring and had a very good experience. It is hygienic and customer friendly.Special shoutout for Gurupreet (hairstylist) he values customer inputs and suggest want would suit them the best. He is very friendly and energetic managing most of the clients. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is coz of the wait . I had booked an appointment still had to wait for hour before I could get the service. Other than that definitely would recommend this place

  Best salon so far is Shimoga. I loved the haircut they did to my daughter. It met my expectations. There is one car for kids to sit on and get haircut, my daughter loved it. Very patiently staff did haircut to my daughter. There is separate section for male and female. Ambiance is appealing and beautiful. Shape to my eye brows was given beautifully, by staff. All in all had a very good experience here and I would highly recommend this salon to all fellow friends. In my this time visit even after taking appointment things took lot of time and only my kid was able to take haircut and I had to leave without it. This is bit disappointing. On an average haircut for kid is 200

  The worst service ever i experienced.. after spending 6.5 k on medium length hair for smoothing hair got rough and damage just after a 1 month they charged me 1.5k extra for not getting rough after smoothing but they did nothing just they did as usual procedure and charged me extra …if u raise a complaint against on the issues u faced means they says like we are professionals we know better than you…and shreelaxmi named lady she shouts u like anything if u talk against them means i had done smoothening treatment from Adil he says he is a professional but works doesn’t seems like that
