- Reviews:Well just like the truck says when my husband was done “fixing it” I called Four Towns Plumbing. Of course that was after 3 inches of water on our floor, two cabinets destroyed, 6 shark bites later, and no water for over 13 hours. Ruben was absolutely amazing he fixed our issues in less than an hour. Here my husband was trying to save us money and he probably spent more money on shark bites then we did on a professional plumber!! We all agreed after many laughs if we ever have any plumbing issues again we will definitely call Four Towns Plumbing immediately. Called and they were able to come out that day without charging an extra fee. I sent a picture of the issue and they gave me a quote. Their quote was $200 less than another company I had called. Ruben called when he was on his way. He fixed it quickly and it works great. He had to replace part of the copper pipe and the valve. Was charged quoted price and no more. Everyone was friendly and professional. For the second time tonight, I called because it started leaking AGAIN from underneath the sink after I poured a bucket of water down it. When I called to explain what happened, I got a guy who was VERY belligerent and tried to deny a bad job and blame me saying I bumped a hose connected to the dishwasher! That is NOT where the water is coming from. So now I have to tie up my day again tomorrow for them to come out and they don’t give you any idea when they’ll be there. I wanted a change. My insurance agent requested a 4 point inspection for the new carrier and later requested repairs or replacements of a few rusted pipe fixtures. Called Four Towns Plumbing Inc., on a Tuesday afternoon and a very nice lady, Sarah responded super nice. Made appointment for that Thursday same week. Got a phone call from Mike Thursday at noon and arrived ten minutes later. He assessed the report, went to work and two hours later everything was repaired with new parts. All work and parts excellent. Did I mention he was a U.S. Army Ranger in the past? Mike! Thank you for your service and thank you for helping us out from that report. I highly recommend Four Towns Plumbing Inc for your plumbing needs. Very reasonable price, fast, efficient, courteous, professional and very attentive. I didn’t forget you Sarah, thanks for your initial professionalism and so friendly in communication. Now, lets deal with these insurance companies and see if we survive these new rates in Florida. When they were done, they said it went easier than they initially thought. So, they took $150 off the price.

Nick did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable, informative and upfront with pricing. I can’t comment about value as I did not check with any other company. This was our first time using this company and called them because of the excellent ratings and amount of time they have been in business.
We have used other plumbing companies in the past and was not all that satisfied with them. Alternate Design did not disappoint.
Felix, Brian and Gene were great. They were right on time, actually early. They explained my options as far as water heaters and were extremely professional in installation. Pricing was very competitive. I would definitely recommend Alternate Design Plumbing!
Our 34 year old home had a long list of plumbing problems. Felix was terrific. He and his assistants not only addressed the problems we knew about but also alerted us to problems with our water main to the house. David arranged for work to begin as parts became available and coordinated with our schedule to wrap everything up. We highly recommend Alternate Design Plumbing.
Felix and Bruce were incredibly professional, quick and skilled. We had a particularly difficult shower to fix, along with a toilet repair and they were in and out within 2 hours. I’m very happy with this service!
