  Amber was freaking fantastic. Words cannot describe how incredible she personally made mine & my spouses experiences. I have personally cut my own hair for years because I have been disappointed so many times with my experiences. However, when I finally decided to have someone cut my hair, I am not disappointed. She was able to not only fix my haircut crisis, she was able to make the experience fun while being very professional. We will definitely be coming back to Amber for all of our haircuts.   I grew my hair out for the last two years. I really wanted someone to do a good job for this first haircut. I was very very happy with the work that Amber did. She has to be the best one there. She is very sweet and does a very good job.

  Was late by around 5 minutes due to the maps app on my phone and downtown parking, staff would not accommodate and royally wasted my time. Apparently my hair down to my shoulders would’ve taken a mere 10 minutes to take care of which must make that the shortest haircut I’ve had in years, and ergo it was too late to take care of it. It’s unfortunate this location ruined my Hudson Hawk experience, I have many friends who swear by other locations and perhaps would’ve offered better customer service.

  I highly recommend this place! The fade my son gets is the best I’ve seen! He loves it there. The environment is great because they are down to earth, trendy, laid-back but energetic; it’s the epitome of the 417 metro culture. The barbers, and their vibe are top notch, and a great experience.   Came in today, first time, just moved to Springfield from SA, TX. My son hadn’t received a haircut for months because of terrible experiences at other places. Aaron P. did a really great job with his hair! My son felt comfortable and really loved the outcome, which has never happened. A bad thing on my part is I should have let them know his hair was longer and needed a lot of work. Aaron took his time made it perfect and I so greatly appreciate that!   Debated on this review for a while now and today was the straw that broke the camels back. This place gets the 3 stars for a wonderful environment and cool vibes. You unfortunately lose your other 2 stars due to price and rating of the hair cut. The person who did my hair needs slightly more training, she can’t fade hair properly, and the products they have feel cheap in your hand and are not that flattering in smell. Also it shouldn’t cost 60 dollars for a hair cut and product. That’s a $40 hair cut after tax, way to expensive for male hair cuts.

  I would like to give it more stars because everyone there is so nice and it’s so clean there, but I showed the lady what I wanted done and I told her just above my collarbone and that is not what I got. My hair is a little above my shoulders, there’s barely any layers, and the back is choppy and shorter than the front. Sadly I will not be coming back or if I do it’ll be with a different stylist.

  This place sucks….I’m arrived 30min prior to my appointment. A lady who walked through the door 20 min after me with a couple kids convinced the gal at the counter they should be first.
