a month agoThis was my first experience with the scaled down version of Macy’s. I liked it. Looked leaner and cleaner. Everything is laid out so customers can easily see what and where to shop. It was a fun experience.4 months agoI came in about 2 weeks ago , wanting to return an item. Not last act . I have been a frequent customer and purchased a full priced item . She said she would not return it at the price I paid because ig was on sale now . She would not and did not want to accommodate me . I will not be shopping here any longer and will let others know not to either.She was being really snarky and smug: I could not believe it when she told me she was the manager. Her name I believe was Hannah. If you are looking for great customer service, look elsewhere.9 months agoAshley Capehart was such a jewel! This lady helped me feel so pretty for a Christmas party the other night!!! I should of taken pics but i didn’t because I was busy being so happy and feeling gorgeous! Seriously she took her time from behind the desk/phones/security to help me buy the heels I needed and the makeup to pull it together.Thank you to your team. I’m sorry I do not remember the lady who suggested Dior rouge. You nailed it! Was so pretty. I’ve been raving about this place and your team and store is amazing!

Great customer service. The cashier was very helpful. She helped all 3 of us find what we were looking for. I cannot remember her name but she had beautiful black nails.
Dirty store and no customer service at the men’s cologne counter. Sales associates were there but NEVER acknowledged me at all. I stopped by the counter five different times as I was shopping. The sales associates were not with other customers so there is no excuse. I went to Dillards and spent over 500k on cologne for gifts. This happened Saturday April 29th.
I bought a watch and the pin kept falling out, so I had to go back and have them fix it. Also, it didn’t fit super well after I bought it, so I had the lady take out a few more links. After she finished making the edits, she then responded with I should gain weight. Just buy a watch on Amazon and have a local jeweler adjust the band if needed.
This was the absolute dirtiest Macy’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going in to, I can’t say I shopped in the store because I was disgusted by the appearance. The only bright spot of the experience was the staff. It’s unfortunate that they have to work in this atmosphere. I sincerely hope this store is in the process of a makeover or it just needs to close.
The lovely ladies at the jewelry counter are awesome! Went to this location after the gym (tbh I didn’t look so great), but they were so friendly and really made me feel comfortable while helping me pick out a ring. I’ll definitely be back just because of them 🙂
