a week agoToday we visited this location from WV. I was able to chat with a wonderful sales associate in the purse department. I told her I was a former retailer and how impressed I was with this location. I had not been here since before COVID. IT LOOKS 1,000% better. The marketing, visuals, merchandise all looked amazing. The store was easily accessible to product and the layout was very impressive. This location has the best customer service, welcoming faces and definitely is the best anchor store in Columbus. You have set the bar high and customers will appreciate all of the hard work that has been done to create these experiences. Keep it up! I was impressed!!9 months agoGreat atmosphere, very helpful staff! Showed up 10 mins before they closed and all never felt rushed. I had to exchange a luggage box I’d gotten less than a week ago before I came to Columbus and they were so patient with me. The one I bought in Arizona wasn’t sold here so it took me some time to find a replacement one. They ended up staying a little late just to make sure I was happy. Thanks y’all. Very satisfied.3 months agoA gentleman salesman assisted me. I was returning an item that I didn’t try on before purchasing it. I loved the item and wanted to keep it but it was too big. The mannequin was wearing my size. I decided to exchange instead. I explained my situation to the gentleman. He went and removed the blouse from the mannequin. He was very pleasant, friendly and did not judge or make me feel like a burden. He presented like Macy and Lazarus stores used to present. Outstanding customer service. Sorry that I did not get his name. He was at the check out in the Levi plus size area.a week agoCustomer service in the jewelry dept at Polaris Fashion Place is the absolute worst. This is my second experience within three weeks at this store in the same dept and both times the employees were awful. Im glad that I rarely shop at Macys Polaris because I will never patronize this location againa year agoSeriously why does Macy’s exist? Over priced merchandise, zero service and the store is a mess . If you are plus size don’t bother . What a joke . It’s 2022 and 60 percent of American woman are a size 14 and above clearly dinosaur retailers don’t care . Not one person greeted us , that doesn’t normally bother me . You’re Macy’s customer service? Apparently not for fat people .

4 months agoOn 4/29/23 @6:44pm, I went to the men’s fragrance dept. to buy my husband cologne. A nice woman with short hair, I think her name is Cathy, gave me amazing customer service. She helped me find the cologne, & showed me different options of it. I bought the big bottle, then the dark haired young girl helping her, signed me up for a rewards program, and I received 15% off my purchase! I will only do all my shopping at Macy’s. Thanks so much!a month agoTook some effort 2 different times on the same day to find a salesperson to ring up my iteams. Both of them were not very friendly. Two weeks earlier the salesperson in bedding department could not have more friendly.a month agoThank goodness for macys. Great options to choose from for both men and women. We were looking for cinncinnati gear for my daughter and didn’t have any but was able to find lots of clothes for her to start college with She got to try everything on and fit her great. I love the Calvin kline line and alfani dress clothes. They have every thing you need clothing wise.5 months agoI like this store even though I’m not a Macy’s shopper I appreciate the nostalgia of having a small Toys r Us in there.2 months agoNeeded to pick up an order, one cashier wouldn’t stop her casual conversation with a customer despite a line. I felt sorry for the woman writin6g with her trying to get through the line.

I spend A LOT of money and time here. Recently, like end of March, I discovered the backstage location. OMG the finds! I cleaned house for my kids spring and summer clothes! Even the furniture had a good price point. The lady checking me out was nice too! Threw in another pair of pants for the kiddos! Of course I’ll be back
Racism. First time I say this word .Bad when I took mom there for gift for mother day. The way the lady looked at us and asked us some mean questions . She asked and talked about price to make sure that we can afford for the earrings before she gave the earrings for my mom have a look. Luckily my mom didn’t know English and didn’t hurt her feeling.but I feel bad that lady is seem same age of my mom, why she was so mean. I didn’t let mom know what did that lady asked . Try to make my mom have a nice shopping day after my dad passed away couple months ago. So that I was be nice with that lady .when mom step close to the jewelry to have a look. She was right there and turn her back away to mom. Till I come and ask she pretended like “oh” . The same Macy at Easton Mall . Another time at the cosmetic shop in Macy. The other lady asked me and repeat about the price of the product many times to make sure I can pay for it. So sad and so bad. I don’t want to get mad with them because I thought they r older than me I quiet to respect, I bought paid and leave. But when they were mean to my mom. I feel really bad. Bad day shopping at Macy in Easton Mall. We r not rich for money but we r rich about love . We work hard for our life and we don’t beg anyone anything. Pls be nice. Life is short.
This is likely not a popular opinion. Enjoying a day out with my Mom and sister. This store is accessible, clean and relatively organized(save clearance racks; but that is expected).We found the staff friendly and there is a wide variety of items to shop. My complaint came with the location of the plus size section for woman being segregated on the 2nd floor. Never being here, and no signage I almost thought they didn’t have plus sizes in the store. We just happened upon it. It would have been nice if my family (my Mom and sister are regular sized) could have shopped together. The same brands exist for regularly sized people on the first floor but having plus sized women shop alone in their dedicated section out of the way makes it appear like we are unwelcome or an afterthought.
You purchase an amazing 2 carat men’s diamond ring with vs2 quality diamonds. We purchase the extended warranty. One of the diamonds fell out, but we found it. When the repair came back one of the diamonds was nearly White and opaque. Fortunately, we videotape the ring before we let them take it and have it repaired, but it’s still very disturbing that they tried to cheat us out of a diamond. They replace the ring with a brand new one and it looks nearly as good as the original. But, I would be careful if you wanted by fine jewelry from here.
