5 months agoPlus…the staff has always been extremely friendly, and upbeat, with very few exceptions. Minus…they don’t all seem consistently trained, and I’ve had a few experiences where my vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned. There was still filmy soap residue. Like they overloaded the machines. Also, please train them better on how to set the intervals between vehicles. Not too long ago, I gasped in shock as I regained visibility through my windshield to find my front bumper nearly attached to the vehicle ahead of me. Luckily, there was no damage, but it was a scary experience considering my vehicle is brand new. Lastly, I don’t understand why at times I seem to wait much longer for the gate to raise than 2, or even 3 vehicles purchasing single washes. I feel the point of a fast pass is to get through with minimal delay, but I’ve sat through several vehicles AFTER me, getting through other lanes. The fast pass scanner doesn’t always seem to work as effectively as it should. I will say that one other thing I love about this particular car wash are the dual vacuum for each side of your vehicle. Most only offer one per vehicle, and you have to practically contort your body to reach both sides. Overall, very pleased. Just feel there could be a few improvements.a week agoKids that work there are great.The first time I took my BMW in it ripped off the wiper and the times after it left a greasy stain and then stained the piece between my windows.filed a claim and they told me to replace it or fix it and bring a receipt. I still don’t know what I’m supposed to do2 months agoThey don’t have any additional cleaning tools like the one across town. They gave me a small damp towel and then there’s the vacuum. I paid for the $25 wash and there was no tire shine at all. I had to add my own. People were coming out with soap still on their cars. The actual wash on my car was okay.a month agoThis was the first time I used this place. I bought the elite package and was very surprised & happy. My neighbors tree covers my car in sap & this did an amazing job getting it off. 🥰4 months agoGreat car wash, but don’t go on Saturday. When busy they really pack cars together and it’s much easier to get hit by nimrods who can’t understand:

3 months agoThis place is amazing and they really help take care of you. I was stranded on the side of the road with my 2 kids (9 years old and 10 months old) and dog and called a different tow company first who left me waiting and stringing me along for nearly 3 hours causing me to almost miss my appointment and I called Shaners and they heard my kids in the background and with no hesitation had a tow truck to me within 30 minutes! I am so thankful! They also replaced both of my front tires that day within an hour to get my back on the road and to my destination for an amazing price I might add too! If I ever have issues in that area I will ALWAYS call them!3 months agoMy husband had to wait four hours on the side of the road to get his car towed from Shaners. He was only a few miles outside of Decatur. We tried to impress upon them that there was threatening weather approaching, and multiple warnings from the weather service. It could have been a dangerous situation, and they still took four hours. After two hours of waiting, they said they had to refuel and would be there in 30 minutes. It took another two hours. The lady at the front desk was rude and uncompassionate. She said we were lucky it only took four hours, and if they hadn’t come to tow my husband, he would have had to be there all night. Unacceptable service and public relations. We would never recommend them.3 months agoMy daughter blew a tire while travelling, with a child, an infant and a dog in the car.. They came out (in around 20 minutes) and towed her vehicle to their shop, sold her two tires for roughly the price of one, installed them, let me pay over the phone. They were great!6 months agoMy wife was stranded in target parking lot across from Starbucks. I called this place, I didn’t catch the guys name. But the gentleman was extremely nice and informative. He got my wife car towed to Firestone on 22nd in under a half hr, exactly what he said on the phone! When they dropped off the car, the lady at Firestone called me to let me know it had arrived. Extremely pleased with this service! Good job on both ends! You guys and Firestone!4 months agohaner’s Towing your driver had no reason to be on my tail like that. I believe it’s one car length or the 2 second distance rule. Probably more for large heavy commercial vehicles. Idk if he was distracted or didn’t care but I put my turn signal on extra early & made sure it worked just now. That was an unnecessary close call & he knew he was wrong cuz as I turned to be sure and get the business logo he turned to look at me as well.

I have been a FastPass member for a long time. I frequent the MLK location regularly due to the convenience. The quality of the wash has greatly declined over time. Numerous times now there are brushes that aren’t working. Placement of the blowers does not seem to really do much to dry the vehicle. The vacuums are not great at all. Also, I have a Yukon and my fiancé has a 4Runner. The backs of our vehicles are left dirty every single time we wash. The water and brushes are not getting the back middle of the vehicles. It needs wiped by hand every single time after. The Mt Zion location seems a bit better but completely out of our way. We are about done with Rainstorm. The touchless wash at Thorntons does a better job even. I like the membership though. I guess it’s time to check out Club Car Wash and see if it does better. If so, I’ll be switching my membership to them. There’s definitely something wrong with the set up to leave the same spots on 2 different vehicles dirty. I’ve ran back through as well and still has been left dirty in the same spots. This wash definitely needs some adjusting or upgrading. If our vehicles are left like this, which are common popular models, we are definitely not the only ones having the issue. Who wants to pay for a wash that doesn’t truly wash your whole vehicle.
We have a monthly subscription at Rainstorm, however, half of the vacuums I tried had no suction and they were no longer offering spray bottles of window cleaner and regular cleaner. They are going to have to step up their game, if we will continue to serve them.

Vacuums are awful and have been for awhile. Literally have to move my car 3 times to find one that works.
