Love this place and will go again. By the way, I read in another review that a tip for the attendant would be appropriate, and he deserves it!! Says ‘no refunds’ on the door. I went in anyways and i was told that there were issues with the tire/wax machine and that they could rewash the car….umm, I just washed the car, I’m from out of state and paid for a service that clearly is inoperable. Furthermore the person drying the car did a horrible job.

a month agoWorse cleaning any of my vehicles have ever had..asked them right away I just want the interior cleaned n seats shampoo, mediocre cleaning, dash front was left dirty, center console still had sand, vacuuming was subpar at best, they removed my antenna for whatever reason but didn’t put it back, asked them to focus on stirring wheel n interior windows but they didn’t, on top of all that spots on wash n windows..above all they left my keys inside w doors unlocked n no one was there! But then again they have all kids working there so……..I won’t be going back ever!in the last weekI have been going there for years, but this is the first time I have taken my F150. I specifically asked for the covered bed to be cleaned out .I was given a price and I paid for it upfront. When I returned not only was the bed NOT cleaned out, but the tailgate was still dirty, the cup holders were never cleaned, the tire rims were half way done, the carpet was mediocre at best, the front and back windshields were not cleaned well (you could see the marks of wipes of dirt still on there). I went back and the young man basically said well we do clean the beds. I said to him I specialized you to clean the bed as there were rocks, dirt, leaves, etc…he proceeded to sweep it but there was literally water on the items in the bed. It appears they just used a hose and threw water on the bed, things were dripping! Not a place I will ever return to. They don’t seem to care…even after this the tailgate still has dirty smudges, the windows look like a 5 year old wiped them. Pretty bad. Not happy!8 months agoI would not recommend this place. I got the interior and exterior cleaning for $45 for my truck and they rushed. It was not cleaned very well inside or outside. Good, friendly, efficient workers cleaned our Jeep Trailhawk in a little over one hour. Reasonable prices based on the service you require. They even gave us a litter bag!2 months agoI’ve been using Spark-All for awhile now. Service has been declining recently. In my most recent visit they disconnected the child car seat from the latch system to clean underneath, which I appreciate. However, they did not reattach the latch system nor tell me that they didn’t attach the latches again. So, my daughter was riding around in a disconnected and completely unsafe car seat for two days before I saw the seat disconnected. Completely irresponsible of the cleaners. I’ve tried to call the numbers on Google and on these reviews and have yet to reach someone who works at the location.

My car’s winshield got destroyed while going through the wash. It was all BlueWave’s fault, and I was promised to be reimbursed 100%.
I brought in my receipts for car repair deductible and the cost of rental car.
Initially, I was promised my reimbursement
will be ready in 5 to 10 days.
When I came back looking for my Check on the 10th buisness day (9/22/21), it was not ready.
I was told some financial department is taking time, and that as soon as my Check is ready it will be express mailed.
I got an email on 9/27/21 from their Insurance Representative saying once “evaluation” with my insurance company is completed they will reimburse the deductible. No words on the rental car payment nor when I will be paid.
So disappointed at how this issue has been taken care of. You caused damage to my car, and you sure are taking time
to pay up. Shame!!
Not from the area but it’s definitely the nicest and best car wash I’ve ever been to. Staff was very friendly, and I got their $6 basic wash with free vacuums. I was very impressed by the wash itself since it rinsed it twice and seemed to wash it better than any car wash I’ve tried before. Their free vacuums are a real plus and are strong. Definitely reccomend this to locals or out of towners who need to get the salt off their cars!
Excellent customer service! Last weekend when I went the manager was out there with the other staff members greeting and helping. He was very kind in offering to put my money in & work the screen. A nice young man swept the bed of my vehicle with good intention as to me not realizing that debris would fly out & around in the cleaning process. Thank you Blue Wave! 🌊💯
