a month agoThis place is the best always go here to get a wash and vac! Torrey is so friendly and welcoming and is so helpful in setting me up with everything! He has been one of the few that has gone out of his way to help me. Can’t recommend this place for a quick and efficient wash 🙂 thanks zips and thanks Torrey! Julian was extremely helpful. He has outstanding customer service, he’s very knowledgeable of the services offered, and he’s very sweet! Plus the touch up cloths and cleaner bottles near the vacuums are a great touch!4 months agoThe wash was great, but the vacuums weren’t super strong. They worked well enough to get dirt up, but I didn’t leave feeling like the vacuum got my interior really clean. Also, don’t use the surface and glass cleaner, it will turn your hands blue.

2 months agoYes! Yes! YES! This place is AWESOME! Full-service car wash, they clean it inside and out. It’s right next to a car dealership which uses them to wash all their own cars, so this place is the bomb. So happy, car looked beautiful inside and out, amazing work/service with great people. Do not go anywhere else, you need to go here! It’s cheaper than others that are not even full service. I spent $40 at Tidal Wave or something (I will never go back there) for one of the worst washes ever. plus, I had to clean my own interior, vacuum, polish, etc. This place does everything for you and your car will look amazing when finished!
I went back 2 days later with my Altima, figured this would be a true test! WOW! Seeing is believing. I took a before and after shot! Customer service is excellent, the work is second to none, the price is cheaper than most other places that are not full-service! This is and your car will look good enough for a showroom!
2 months agoWe went here for a quick basic exterior wash. We have young kids that LOVE going through a car wash, especially when the car wash has cool lights. This car wash did not disappoint!! Colored soap and lots of cool lights, although harder to see in the daytime.
Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we only wanted a quick exterior wash, but we had to wait behind a long line of cars that were all getting the full service interior detail as well. It would be great if they had a system that let cars getting exterior wash only move into the wash while the other cars are stopped to get the interior done. C’est la vie!a week agoBeen coming here for a few times now. Everytime with an exceptional service. My car is very clean. And even though it can be a long line, they have a lot of staffs so never a long wait. Will definitely come backa week agoThey are incredible! They hand wash your car before you go through the automatic wash – my car was disgusting before I came by & they got it spotless in one $20 clean. Will only be coming here from now ona month agoThe car wash did a great job, fun to see tri-colored suds. The only thing is, if the cars ahead of you want the option with more services, it takes so long. Would be great if they designated a time slot just for the people that just want to run through real fast for the basic wash.

I love this car wash. They are fast and efficient. Today I had an issue at the gate, but I felt like a VIP client nonetheless. The workers are really focused on providing you a seamless, thorough and dynamic experience! You cannot go wrong with Zips Car Wash. 5/5.
Not impressed by cleaning job. 1500 miles of road dirt and windshield bugs. Felt like residue still on my car. Windshield and front bumper still buggy. No “pretreatment”. And it seemed the wheel track was having trouble catching at the entrance .
Was pleasantly met by 2 gentlemen (Royce & David I believe) who quickly helped me pick the best wash for my truck while offering a variety of selections. Their professionalism was top tier and to top it all off, the wash was incredible! Will definitely be coming back.
This place has gone down hill in just a few years, just close the business at this point. We have given them multiple chances because we pretty forgiving people, but I just can’t do it anymore. Every single time we try, 75% of the vacuums are down, nobody is around to help, they don’t brush your cars anymore before you go through the wash, the light is broken at the end that tells you to “Stop” and “Go” and our car almost hit a truck that was confused. The whole place has just gone down the drain. And this is all AFTER new management, so that’s not the excuse. Wish a different car wash would open in Brier Creek.
The vacuums SUCK! Literally! They got most of white, coarse, wire dog hair out of my car, and it you have a dog, you know how tough pet hair is to get out. There were also plenty of vacuum spots available, and each pull in spot had 2 vacuums on each side so you don’t have to awkwardly wait for your neighbor to be done. It was clean, a great location that is easy to get in and out of. The staff were SO friendly and kind! They are the reason that I will drive out of my way to go to that car wash. I will consider getting a package since it is close to my job, especially because the staff come up to you to see how you’re doing and stay on top of keeping the lot clean and putting in extra detail to get dirt off your car when you go in the wash. I went at lunch time during the work day, so it wasn’t busy, which was also a plus. Oh and did I mention, most of the dirt and bugs and sap came off my car? I live in the woods and haven’t washed my car in an embarrassingly long time, and the gentleman made sure to really soak my car. Thank you again so much!
