There was sand under the seats.
THEY DID *NOT* EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN:
•the console
• the cup holder
• the dashboard
•the door panel above and below
• windshield – still HAS water spots on it
•the window seals on all window
• the driver vanity mirror
•NO AIR FRESHENER!!!Save your $35.00, clean it yourself, or

Their mid-range ‘Pressure’ wash ($12) left patches of road dust throughout the exterior and failed to remove both bird droppings and freshly fallen fruit from a black olive tree. Have gotten better results from the less expensive ‘Basic Wash’ at the older, not-as-pretty car wash closer to home. Only stopped here because I’d thought that a more modern car wash facility would boast a better wash. This was clearly not the case. (The road dust isn’t as easily visible as everything else.)4 months agoI really like this Car Wash, it is cheaper than somewhere)
There is an automatic car wash. And then you can vacuum inside the car for free! I like this!
But, it is closed for renovation now. So, I am waiting for an opening)a year agoI’m so happy with how Jako went above and beyond to help me today. He is very knowledgeable and happy to help. He seems to really enjoy what he does. He is very honest and will figure out the best solution for your car. I had paint splatter on my car and he took it off. He went above and beyond with helping me with some scratches as well. Will be coming back for sure.3 years agoI’ve been here before and had a really good results. But I ran my truck through the wash today and it left behind a lot of soap and dirt. Will try again but if it keeps leaving dirt I won’t be back

5 months agoI’ve been a member since they open and they used to preassure wash your bumper, rims and back of your car before getting in. Now they still have the person there but not doing it anymore. Also, vacuums are a hit or miss. Over 40% of the vacuums are not working.5 months agoI did like that my car windshield didn’t end up with spot like some of the other car washes do by the next day. But they don’t have any rags to wipe down the vehicle after it comes out of the wash , also the vacuum needs a little more power some of them have hardly any suction. Otherwise I prefer this carwash over some of the others. Staff was friendly also.2 months agoUpdated Review: ever since Garrett left its gone down hill. Cars not clean, and tire shine keeps leaving a track mark along the bottom panel on both sides of my car. And guys at the entrance can be so careless and nonchalant now with wiping down the car before it enters the car wash. No good Spin, get it together.
Past Review: First service was a bad experience but after speaking with my 2 favorite guys (Garrett) here, they have made sure my service is great and I leave here satisfied after every wash. I’ve had the best car wash experiences by far at this location. Monthly memberships it’s is 👍🏽.
a month agoI’m kinda disappointed I was expecting the pressure wash so my mats and will wheel get pressured, and the bug spray applied but…… the expectation wasn’t there when I first went there. 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥 I was looking forward to the same crew (employees) there before when my vehicle was serviced, but it seem like it was always a new crew there luckily I was introduced by a Young gentleman with a great energetic attitude help me very well I wish I would have gotten his name, be looking forward for another review from this place…………. stay tuned New update very disappointed again pressure washer notworking the bug spray on the windshield not working And it’s like A one thing is another then vacuum didn’t work It’s time for me to find another vacuum place that mimics this but better service If you want quality and consistent good service is best to keep searching4 months agolicense plate scanner constantly broken. You pay a guy to type in people’s info into an ATM from 1997? How about build a simple website in Shopify, post a QR code sign, and let people pay quickly with their phones?

We’re very satisfied with how the car turned out. the process went smoothly and the car came out lovely. Yall know how much I love service with a smile!!!! For the most part I’ve had excellent experiences at the Miami Gardens location. When arriving at the wash I was told they no longer pressure rinse your vehicle before proceeding into the wash because their system is “upgraded”. What’s interesting about this is; that very same attendant pressure rinsed the car ahead of mine. Wish there was a little more consistency. Overall can’t complain too much.

Louis is an amazing manager and the young lady Jennifer they went above and beyond for me with my situation with the incident report that’s been going on for 3 months if it wasn’t for Louis sending it through and staying on top of it I would have never got the help I needed and the incident report would have still been sitting on that desk . I must say no one goes above and beyond like these 2 Jennifer is always so kind to me and calling and staying on top with the site Manger and makes sure that she always takes care of me . Honestly if it wasn’t for them I would have stopped coming here new management has really been on top of there game in this location . Thank u Luis for being super understanding and helpful and actually caring about the customers and thank u Jennifer for always reassuring u will make sure things get done .
