a week ago10/3/23 at 2:14 I had to wait 20 minutes before my order was taken. Then I had to wait 45 minutes before receiving my order of ten chicken legs. While I am waiting on my food I noticed staff eating back in the kitchen around were they are preparing the chicken also stay walking outside to take a smoke break while customers are waiting. The manager on duty was very rude, and she also went outside to have a smoke break while customers are waiting for the order to be taken. This business needs to get better staff top to bottom. This is not the first time that I went to the business and had to wait a long time in the inside just for my order to be taken. They have poor customer service skills. And the entire staff needs to be trained on customer service because they all act as if they do not care. When I received my order the manager drop the bucket of chicken into the bag. She did not apologize for having me wait for 45 minutes for my order. I love myself some KFC, but I will not be going to this one no more. They deserve a zero rating.in the last weekOmgg, never!! Tonight October 7th 8:30 pm drive through was ridiculous. I literally sat at drive thru for 40 minutes. I was the second person in line with about 3 to 4 cars behind. The person in front of me waited at the window for so long.I had to blow my horn. Then they finally got their food. I drove up and you would think the cashier would come to me , she just talking about cleaning the counter to another employee. I had to call her to the window. She knew it’s line at the drive through. I said how long do I have to wait for my order. She tells its half way done. After 45 minutes it’s only half way done? I told her no thank you , and drove off. This is ridiculous. And you had enough staff. Will not be going back to that kfc. I decided to go to another KFC and the lady at the drive was like yeah we heard because everyone is coming to their kfc complaining2 months agoNo tea, ordered a bowl, and it had three pieces of chicken, which were old and dry and not very much of anything else in the bowl, but potatoes. Also ordered a 2 piece white meat dinner and got a dry, deformed, very small wing and a thigh and an old, hard, dry biscuit. Worse meal ever, and the restaurant was not clean. Will never go there again.5 months agoIf I could give this KFC zero stars I would! I work in Raleigh and the KFC in Clayton by our house closed. So I decided try the KFC close to my work on Six Forks today on 5/5/2023. Have to say it was the worst KFC my family and I have ever had in three states! The chicken was dry, overcooked, obviously fried in old oil, and tasted burnt. Spices? Didn’t taste a one. The mashed potatoes tasteless and runny. Not quite potato soup but extremely close. The gravy tasted burnt, bland, and had a very oily slimy texture. Maybe watered down with some of the old oil from the chicken? To top it off the biscuits were rock solid. Neither my children or I liked anything about the meat and our dog turned her nose up to a piece of chicken! If that tells you anything. The franchise owner should be ashamed and embarrassed of themselves. The management team should have some form of quality control. And KFC corporation should look into this particular establishment because it gives all KFC restaurants a bad name. I will follow up with a phone call tomorrow about getting my hard earned money back and I will be happy to bring them back the food I bought for them to eat!3 months agoBefore I got stuck in their line you can’t get out of I asked if they were open. The crypt keeper looking manager said the drive thru was open but not the lobby, even though the door was unlocked. I get to the drive thru and nobody takes my order until I say hello hello hello. Then she said they don’t have no more chicken. They need to get some professional people who want to work in there. If I had mental problems I would have hurt them, badly. I’ll be going to the Cary location from now on since I don’t want to support this location any longer. I hope they go out of business and they all end up jobless. Cause they clearly don’t like their job.

I just visited this KFC and long story short my Mash potatoes was missing and I didn’t mind just receiving the mashed potatoes and going about my day .. but the cashier and managers were ready to resolve my issue, with no issue and replaced my whole meal and also staff was kind, polite helpful and on top of that my food was fresh and Yummy !.. the restaurant was spotless clean ! The bathroom was clean ⭐️ and I loved the friendly energy giving through my visit ! I don’t live here but I will be sure to stop back through for more tasty Kentucky Fried Chicken !! The gentlemen that took my order made an unnecessary effort to be rude.Fries were good, chicken was good, but the nuggets had an abnormal taste.
a month agoOrdered via drive thru. We were told it was 10 minutes for original chicken and 25 minutes for extra crispy. How are you a chicken spot with no chicken?!6 months agoCame here during my lunch, March 31, 2023, and the young girl behind the register must have been new. When I ordered 2 chicken wraps with no sauce, she looked at me like I was crazy. 🙄 She apparently put in for 2 chicken littles because that’s exactly what I got… along with the sauce I didn’t want on it. She was kinda rude and impatient with other customers. The guy manager seemed to be pretty cool.a month agoHow are you out of food at 8:52pm and you close at 11 I have been here 3 times and haven’t been able to get food yet!

This location seems to always give me a problem. I order through online delivery and I always have a meal missing, I don’t have a car at this time and I literally had to take a cab back each time to get my order corrected. The people that work there don’t pay attention and are in a rush to get people out, people spend money and they want what they want how they want it simple! It never fails I have an issue EVERY-TIME & I order from this location because it is usually the only one available but I don’t think I’ll be ordering there after today. If you want your food done properly and packed correctly please refrain from ordering at this location.
Chicken taste old and nasty nothing like back home in Massachusetts the floor in the kitchen was filthy with water and eaten bones the bathroom was filthy ..TERRIBLE!! I SEE WHY NOBODY WAS THERE,WHAT A WASTE OF $12. This is one reason I don’t eat out,Hope I don’t get sick.
Last few trips here the original recipe has been dried out, either due to over production and it sitting under a lamp or its sitting past the 2 hrs it’s allotted. Other than that the remodeling looks good but you can’t top the buffet this location used to provide!
This place cannot even get an order correct! You’d think that the simplest thing is to take the order and pack the order correctly especially when literally simple combo….. nothing special, nothing custom, not busy at all.. . But not this location. It’s an older location, so maybe service is not as important.
Food is great just double check your bags to make sure all your food is there…other than that good food
