What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Always busy! Nice and newer interior design. Parking lot always busy. Always other customers within reach. A Variety of specialty items with extra counters. Check out registers not too bad of a wait.
update: busy Sunday, three cashiers, store floor needs swept, parking lot littered, no carts at entrance…plenty of self check out available, no one wants to work, store lacking.

  2. Super disappointed with my latest pick up order. Sometimes they do great and find substitutions for my items. This time a large chunk of my order they claimed was out of stock. Lettuce, strawberries and dog food being some of the things. I had to go into the store to find subs for them and they had the items I originally requested! They had EVERY SINGLE ITEM in the store that they claimed was out of stock. It was like 10 items. They had all of them!! And.L it wasn’t like there was just 1 left. This has happened a couple times now and as a mother of two little ones we love having pick up as an option, but it has become more inconvenient if I have to keep going into the store to purchase items that were obviously not even looked for. Kroger needs to step up their game in this department for sure. I am not blaming individual employees, it is the company that needs to do better.

  3. They were quite busy when I was shopping earlier this evening. I was in a hurry and fighting traffic to get anywhere at rush hour with the bridge closed is an absolute nightmare. I was able to do my shopping and the first thing that popped into my head was the long wait to checkout. Not only was I able to check out without waiting, not at a self service check out but with an actual cashier, but also assisting the cashier were several young gentleman assisting with bagging my groceries and putting them in the cart. It was so nice to have them speak to me, one asked how I was, how my day was going, and when they asked about my shopping experience it didn’t sound like something they have been trained to ask, it was a genuine gesture and it was nice to speak with a respectful good natured couple of teens who seemed to enjoy their job. The store was clean, well staffed as far as I could tell, and everyone seemed in good spirits even though they were stupid busy. I was amazed how quickly I was able to get in and out, still able to get all of my shopping done. I almost forgot, I had a coupon issue and thought for sure when we had to wait on a manager that this was going to be the one thing that held me up because everything was working out all too well as to how my luck usually goes But wrong I was. The manager was immediately there and had the issue solved within a minute even showing me what to do so my issue does not give me problems in the future. It has been probably 5 hours since I was at the store and I just now got the time to actually sit long enough where I could do this review, so for something I do almost daily (shop) to stay on my mind as busy as I have been, I can say im quite pleased. I feel like the staff that was there, wish I could commend them personally but they need to hear that they were awesome and they are appreciated!

  4. Thank you Darlene, Ed and the other young lady who helped me whose name I didn’t get. Unfortunately I arrived after customer service had already closed and I couldn’t find my receipt for a ham my mother wanted returned. They didn’t have to help me but they did. I really appreciate it. I’m a disabled veteran with a very loud barking cough because of a military injury. I try to go when very few people are there because this cough annoys and scares people. Especially with Covid-19. Thank you again
