I came into Kroger tonight for last minute items. I arrived to the checkout 8 min before they closed and Stella was there. She was very busy as it seemed as if every customer at the self checkout needed assistance. This did not stop Stella from remaining calm and giving amazing service to each and every customer she encountered. She was absolutely amazing. We need more “Stellas” in this world!!!
The store was fine everything was perfect, but I had to use the restroom and it was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. I feel so sorry for anyone that has to clean that restroom. I even went to the manager and told her to please give praise to anyone that has to clean that restaurant. You all need to make sure you are taking care of your employees because that is a travesty.
Great prices , friendly staff , fresh vegetables, and fruits near old national hwy . Hs towing also provide tow truck service for car near this area .
I was in the store earlier and I found everything I needed. The only problem I had was that I noticed some of the store employees were doing a lot of socializing. There was a Pepsi employee talking to a Kroger employee, who I think was the manager, near the self checkout area. They were talking so loud and the Pepsi employee was cursing, right in front of customers. I thought this was very disrespectful. That’s the reason for the 4 star rating. I have lived in the area for over 30 years and it makes me sad to see this behavior in Kroger. I would think Kroger would have higher standards than this. However, Thelma, the cashier was busy working. Her line was getting long and one of the other employees came over to bag groceries instead of going on her break. That’s what I call teamwork and good customer service. Thelma and the other employee was very nice and they did a good job. I appreciate employees like this and they receive a 5 star rating. I hope Kroger appreciates them also.
Customer service here is horrible I stood in a line for over an hour to get a money order The lady behind the counter was Nasty slow and people were standing now in front of me had not been waiting for a very long time , I spoke to the Store manager Dominic, He too was uncaring and very nasty and belligigrant Kroger’s does not care about the stores on the South side of Atlanta I believe that the krogers on the South side are racially target bad customer service I will never go there again.
