  Just to offset the absurd reviews left by people that can’t show up on time to their appointments and then want to get mad at the business and barbers who run it for not being able to complete their service. *Cough cough* Matthew Bard *Cough cough*. I’ve been getting my haircut here for 4 plus years now and have never had a bad experience. I also know how to be punctual, on-time for appointments, and I am literate. The atmosphere of this barber shop is first class and I can’t recommend every chair in this place enough! As long as you can tell time and read location descriptions, you’ll have a pleasant experience and a great cut!

  Once a place where I came for an excellent cut by dudes who knew what they were doing. Stopped by recently and was told to come back later. Nobody was getting cut in any of the chairs. Nobody. “Uh… I know it doesn’t look like we’re busy, but we have people coming sometime soon.” Dude on the couch in the back. Dude out front vaping. Nobody doing anything. At 2:30 in the afternoon. I got cut at a nearby place right after that by professionals who cared about me. “Walk-ins welcome”?? Not anymore.

  What Terrible service. Barber stopped in the middle of a haircut to take a call, letting their friends go ahead of people and all around unprofessional atmosphere. Do not recommend this place.

  This was my first time to Devil Strip, I left there very happy with what I had gotten. I’ve never gotten a beard trim and had no idea how to go about it but Alan hooked me up with a great cut and nicley shaped beard. I’ll definitely be a recurring customer.

  OMGOODNESS!!! Thank goodness they were open late. I take haircuts seriously… forget NBA think FIFA!! JORDAN took care of us and I was pleasantly surprised. The vibe is very mellow. The atmosphere is like a grungy guy with a college degree; confident not arrogant. My son is multi ethnic. It’s essential that his stylist has diversified skills. I can not express enough how glad I was to find Lady Jane’s. The phone showed 90% of barbers near us closed or they did not answer the phone. This was my first time here. Usually my son is cut by my brother in Lakewood. I’m happy to have found someone local.

  Just went there today I would highly recommend going there, I got my haircut by Arielle S , She did a wonderfully amazing job and took her time and gave me my favorite haircut I’ve ever had.   1 week ago today, 11/7/21 I received a terrible, gouged up haircut. I communicated my experience to their website. Within an hour I received a text message from a senior manager to go back and the location manager would blend it as best it could be. I was also told my cut would be refunded, and I would receive my next haircut free of charge. Still NO Refund or further communication from Lady Jane’s! I have been a customer about 2 years as has my son Inlaw, and several friends. I don’t believe I will be back given there was no follow up on what was promised for a Bad experience.
