  If you are looking to change up your hair with a natural sun-kissed glow, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Courtney for balayage. A few days prior to my appointment, he took the time to ask that I send him an image of my color goal. During my appointment, he explained the process of balayage, broke it down in detail as he completed each step, and provided me with some wonderful tips for curling my own hair. Thank you Courtney!   Hands down Dave is the best barber and highly recommended!! He gives my husband, Eric great haircuts (high fade), shaves, and this past weekend also shaped up his eyebrows. His attention to detail is on point. The inside of the Refinery is very clean with a really awesome industrial vibe and in a great location of Downtown Cleveland. My husband will continue to come back!

  First time coming here, will definitely be back. Courtney was fantastic. Amazing attention to detail and very responsive to what I wanted done. Offered beer while getting a cut, and an extra quarter for the meter. Great, easy going conversation; not the awkward forced chats that can sometimes happen at barbershops. Wife came along and also loved the experience just hanging out. Highly recommend.

  Love this shop for anything hair and beard! I usually keep my cut pretty simple but Rico has always left me looking good and I always see people leaving with alot more swagger than they walked in with. They have a wide variety of services and skilled barbers for whatever you need. Prices are reasonable for a quick cut and this is the only place I’ll let touch my beard (trims are cheap if you add it in to a haircut). All scheduling is online, which I love for the simplicity and appointments almost always start on time.

  Went here every 2 to 3 weeks for about 6 months. One time I couldn’t make my appt I canceled the day before… 20 hrs before and they still charged me 30 dollars. Horrible way to treat a repeat customer. Never missed an appt before this. Not sure why anyone would give them business. Best part was the next day I saw they filled my appt time as well
