  Both my son and I got decent haircuts this time, but that isn’t always the case here. Don’t remember the names of the women that did them. Didn’t have to wait too long, maybe 10 min, but if we didn’t check in online it would have been at least 45 min.

  I checked in online and had a three minute wait via the app. Once I got there it changed to 12 minutes and the lady up front told me my time changed because a technician had to go for a smoke break. She had a very terrible attitude and I wouldn’t let her touch my hair with a ten foot pole. Always had great experiences there but it looks like it is going downhill

  Don’t go there and avoid Jenn hair stylist at all cost. She messed up my whole hair and it would take months to get back my regular style. I reported my concerns to the Assistant Manager on the spot and he was also shocked about the haircut and he tried to fix it but he couldn’t do it. The worst part was the response of Assistant Manager regarding my complain. He didn’t say anything to Jenn and didn’t ask her to stop taking more clients.

  Excellent service. I checked in online before going to the store. So my wait time was only few minutes. The haircut took only less than 10 minutes. They had my previous haircut recorded in their system and I asked them to repeat it and they did just fine. Very happy with the service.

  My husband took our child in for a routine haircut yesterday and words can not describe how extremely dissatisfied we are of the lack the stylist took to listen to what we had chosen for our childs haircut! He is now butched. When told the expectation of the cut to be a 1.5 around the sides and a finger length on top just a trim ended up being butched. There is something wrong with this!

  I got my hair cut, colored & styled today for the first time ever and Emma was amazing! She spent a lot of time getting it perfect and the styling was the added touch! If I could post a pic I would! I absolutely loved the environment and atmosphere! It was a team effort as all the stylists were encouraging and so friendly!!! It’s a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it!

  Worst experience ever with Brooke Hauswirth! She was unprofessional and super rude. I was there at the time of appointment but I could not find the hair stylist at that time. I got a phone call and I went outside to pickup the phone and after talking to my mom for like 5 mins I went back and she was like I am sorry I could not take you in because of late arrival. I booked the appointment two week before showing up and the response I got that you have to reschedule the appointment and the latest day we have is two weeks from now. That doesn’t make sense. She could have shown some sense of empathy and compassion and hear my point of view instead of ignoring me. I would recommend not to waste your money and time.
