  Got keratine treatment done
  They said it will last for 9 months but it did not even last for 9 days. After one wash hais becomes frenzy. If you go again they will say nothing can be done and recommend you to have a spa.

  Firstly I would talk about the service. The hair cut was good. I was confused about what style would suit my face as I came blank, Mr Arun suggested and came up with a good hair style. Satisfying.

  Now coming to other part, I felt as if I was talking to a sales representative. He started with pointing out how my hair is becoming thinner and I would need a serum and a good shampoo to avoid that. He also suggested a hair cream. I am not sure what he said was true or not, but it seemed more like a pitch for the in-house products that they sell. Three products that he suggested turned out to be 3k in total. Though I didn’t buy any, I thought I was brain washed for the few minutes that I was there… I would have purchased if I had enough money then… Luckily I didn’t have.

  I visited the salon to get my hair coloured. Mandy was my colourist and she did an amazing job. Considering length of my hair it took many hours to get the job done but she never made me feel uncomfortable. Other present staff members were also super helpful and caring. Products used were of best quality too. I’ll recommend this salon strongly.

  I went in to get a balayage and root touch up. I took the service from Prasanna after looking at the reviews. There are multiple things that went wrong with the service
  1. She coloured my entire hair with one colour and called it a balayage. The least you expect is the technique being implemented correctly from any decent salon.
  2. I was told 2 tubes of colour would be used and may be half extra based on the coverage and instead used 3.5 tubes without clearly mentioning it. I ended up paying 14K just for the balayage part.
  3. I asked many questions regarding hair health and the answers were quite vague and incorrect sometimes. I would expect better from a senior stylist.

  Overall I had a negative experience. have no satisfaction of the work after spending so much. I would never get a service here again.

  Update : when I went to get the colour corrected at another salon the hairstylist told me my hair was bleached for sure even though I had mentioned very clearly that I didn’t want bleach on my hair. It just makes me regret going here more.

  I’ve tried this place for first time and definitely didn’t live up to the hype, I went for Massage, facial and haircut. Massage and facial was great, the esthetician was really good, respectful and humble. The hairdresser was kinda rude and no patience and not respectful. I wouldn’t prefer to go back to this place.

  I wanted a Bob hair cut and visited the salon around August. I chose a top stylist and wasn’t much satisfied with the cut as it was not blunt and was very uneven from one side to the other. I visited again to get it fixed but the stylist was oblivious and kept saying this is how it looks and he cannot precisely cut in a straight line. I wasn’t satisfied much even after that. Fast forward to a few months and i decided to get a trim. This time I chose a senior stylist since it was just a trim and any professional below senior stylist was not available. Glad that I went for the senior stylist rather than top stylist. Omg the haircut turned out amazing. I am literally obsessed. The ends look sleek with well defined angles. It looks so much better than the actual haircut. The stylist was so professional and gave choices for me to decide which wasn’t the case with the top stylist. Overall the second experience was awesome and I would definitely get a haircut from the same stylist again.

  It was my first experience with Hair Crush Madhapur and Naved the hair stylist has done a wonderful job. I have done hair hilites and moroccan hair spa which was a wonderful experience and for the first time I went for hair and fully satisfied with the results. Only concern I have is Moroccan hair treatment and hair spa is expensive which should be considered. Other than that staff were all well behaved and helpful. Kudos to Naved. Keep up the good work.

  Came here on a whim with my cousin to get highlights which was on my bucket list for a really long time now, they first gave a hair consultation with what kind of colors would look good on my hair type and what’s best suited for me which is rare.   I recently visited this salon for the first time and got the global hair coloring and hair cut done. I am extremely happy with the service. Raj (the salon director) was very polite and patiently explained me the process and cleared all my doubts (he has a very good knowledge of each hair type and suggests you the best). I also got the Gel nail polish/art done from Kelly (the expert) and I am loving it. She does it perfectly and has a variety to choose from. Thanks to both Raj and Kelly. Regarding the salon cleanliness and safety, you don’t have to worry at all. I would highly recommend this place for all the services.
