- Reviews:I noticed a stream of water coming from the base of my well pump house on Thanksgiving eve. I immediately knew we had a big problem! I live in the country and called a number of local plumbers only to find out most of them were closed. I saw that Arrow offered 24 hour service so I called and got a real person to talk to. I arranged the service that night and was told the technician would call before coming out. The tech, Eric, called at 10:00 p. m. saying he would be out that night. But we agreed the best time would be the next morning, Thanksgiving day. Eric came out and I gave him a brief overview of the problem. He knew immediately what to do to correct the issue. He did his work, was very knowledgeable and professional and most of all very courteous. He cleaned up the work site when finished, presented the bill for services rendered, which was very reasonable considering it was on a holiday weekend, and we payed it, and he left. I would highly recommend Arrow Plumbing anytime but especially in an emergency situation. Rosa, the receptionist, was very helpful and Eric Moore, the Technician, was wonderful! You need to look no farther than Arrow Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!By Larry Conner (5 months ago)I had a hot water heater cooper pipe suddenly spring a leak inside a wall and soaked everything. Luckily I was able to shut the valve off until then next day (Sunday no less) and Eric Moore came out (he was on-call) He was great. He was determined to find the leak (and he did) and even more determined to fix it on the spot (which he did also) without just giving an estimate and coming back another day. I needed it found and fixed and Eric did that for me I am so glad Eric came out and Arrow is lucky to have him as an employee. He is professional, responsive and did quality work. So I paid this company even though the did not fix the issue. He said they need to scope the line which would be another $400. So $700 for them to absolutely fix nothing. Monday morning, we realized that we had no hot water. We had a new water heater installed two years ago by Ray Lusk plumbing. I called to set up an appointment and I was let know that they could have a technician out in the afternoon between 12 and 2. I took off work to be able to make it home for the appointment. When the technician arrived, he did not want to look at the water heater but told me that he knew what the problem was and that I needed to order the replacement parts which was warranted from the manufacturer of the water heater. I was disappointed that I had to rush home from work to receive a message that could have been delivered by phone or in an email.
When I called to the manufacturer, it took me 30 minutes before someone answered and then 45 minutes to try to communicate to the manufacturer what parts that needed to be ordered based on the limited information that I had received. After 45 minutes on the phone with the manufacturer, they told me to have the plumbing company call them which I think should have been the course in the first place.
When the parts came, the technician installed them and our water heater is working again. My disappointment with Ray Lusk plumbing is that they had me take off work to meet a technician who did not even look at the water heater but instead gave me verbal instructions to contact the manufacturer and order parts. I would expect that a plumbing company do better than that.
Water heater was out. Desperately needed fixed quickly. The showed up within 2 hours. Explained the problem. Had another deliver part to my house. We’re able to salvage a part saving $400. We’re finished within 3 hours of my call. All is working perfectly. I will definitely be using them next time.
They quoted me $2000 for a hot water leak. They never looked under my mobile home to see the where the leak was or the type of pipes and assumed they would need to extravagant the water the plastic was holding, which he said is costly. He said “Im not getting inder there with standing water”
The next day, I released the water myself. No standing water. The leak was from a pex pipe that needed replaced. The pipe was right at the front, he would not even had to get under the mobile home at all. $200 dollar job, max.
I’ve got a temporary fix, and a whole new leak after it froze last year. Im going to be looking for an honest plumber. I haven’t found one yet in Hot Springs. Ill keep looking.
I thought my well pump was leaking. I contacted them on Sunday via a message through their website. Immediate reply was that they would contact me on Monday. The office did and we set up an appointment for early Tuesday. Sean called when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived a tad earlier than my set appointment time. The diagnostic (at a flat foretold price) was all I needed. This company is licensed, professional, honest, on time, and above all qualified. I believe that you get what you pay for. I won’t hesitate to call them in the future. The final touch, was that they emailed an invoice/receipt without me even asking on the day of the appointment. This is my first home with a well. They could have told me anything was wrong. Honesty is highly valued, especially since I’ve already experienced a few other repair companies. All I want is quality work for a fair price to both of us.
Highly recommend Ray Lusk Plumbing! ! We have used them on multiple occasions for different properties over the last several years. They have a quick response time, very professional and pleasant to work with. Nick has worked with us on several occasions and has always been professional, friendly and always able to take care of whatever problems we were having. I will definitely call them again in the future if needed.
