  I hit town and had to find a place to get a fresh cut for my son and myself. Porter’s is usually my go-to, but they were having some COVID issues, and someone recommended Brickyard.

  Brickyard ended up being able to fit my son in, and while I was waiting for him they had a cancellation, so I was able to jump in as well. Garret knocked out a great fade, and Ty killed the ‘hawk on my son that he is so particular about.

  Prices are on the higher side, but it’s definitely a relaxing, enjoyable experience at the shop. The cuts happen at the right pace, so you feel refreshed when you are done. They really make sure everything is tip-top.

  These guys are amazing! My husband and son have been going for years. My son who is 6 gets so excited to go get his haircut. His barber Cody is so good with him and does such a fantastic job on his hair that I get asked all the time where I take him.

  Garret killed it! I told him what I wanted, and he gave me exactly that. He paid close attention to detail, while also engaging in intentional conversation. One of the most enjoyable haircuts I have had, and this will definitely be my spot for cuts moving forward. Highly recommend checking these guys out!

  Cody Walker will take good care of you. I’ve been coming to Brickyard for my last few haircuts and beard trims, and I’ve been really happy. The service is great, and it’s appointment only, so I don’t have to worry about playing the waiting game in the lobby. Brickyard is now my go-to barber shop!

  I went to Brickyard barber shop for the first time today and got my head shaved and beard trimmed and cleaned up. Chris Griffith and he did a fantastic job. The quality of the the craftsmanship of the barber’s and overall atmosphere of the the sho was a 11 out of 10. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I myself will definitely be a repeat customer.   Used to love it here until my barber left. You’re treated like a number and not a valued customer. If you want cheapish and fast…then come here…but if you want a real barber experience…this is not the place. It’s more of a glorified Super Cuts these days.

  Usually call and get on the list for my 45 minute drive. I called at 2:00 on a Sunday and am told they are not taking call ins, but I could come in in-person. I show up in person and am asked if I called ahead to get on the list. I tell her I tried an hour ago, then get told an hour wait. The gal then proceeds to tell me they wouldn’t do over the phone because it was a 2-hour wait all day. This should be a customer oriented business. Who needs to wait in person for a haircut? I have been a faithful customer for 3 years, but I think I have had enough.

  My haircut was messed up so bad and the lady didn’t even show me the back of my head to see how it looked. I left and was furious but then came but 2 minutes later to a different lady and she fixed everything! And said I didn’t have to pay but I ended up giving her 20$ just because she was so nice. MOST of the staff knows what they are doing and is super nice.

  Been getting my hair cut here for years and Carissa from the downtown Spokane store gave me easily the most thorough hair cut I’ve ever had. I’ve had many people speed through a hair cut because they were busy but she took her time and made sure I didn’t walk out of there with a bunch of missed spots or botched cut. Very much appreciate the hair cut thank you!

  My first visit was a very positive one. Your first visit is upgraded to the MVP treatment free of charge. I thoroughly enjoyed that experience very much. The hair stylist even went the extra mile to trim the wild hairs on my ears. I’ve been to many salons and none of them ever did that for me. It’s the little things like that create customers for life. The only issue I have is the coat rack is right next to the entrance door and the front desk is not occupied all the time. Anyone could grab a coat and take off with it. I’d feel better if there were a place to hang coats within sight of the customer.
